Chapter #9

WARNING: Fluff, Remus being Remus, Teasing, Janus cheating at UNO, and Swearing

Janus's POV: I check the setting on the dry to see if Remus did everything correctly which he did, "Yes Mus you did everything right." I told Remus as I was loading the washer with Remus's blacked color clothing, added the detergent in the washer, closed the door, and adjusted the setting on the washer before I started the washer. "Now, what do you want to do while we wait for the washer and dryer to be done?" I asked looking over at Remus who grabbed my hand and started heading downstairs dragging me alone with him. "Cuddle!" Remus said, heading over to the couch, sitting down on the couch, and pulling me down into his arms, holding me close, making me smile and resting my head on Remus's chest.

Remus's POV: I was holding Janus close in my arms and was switching through channels on the TV while I had one arm around Janus's waist. "Nothing horror please," Janus said looking over at the TV laying on my chest. "I wasn't going to pick anything Horror Anyways Double Dee don't worry!" I said still switching through channels looking for something to watch on live TV. "Good," Janus said, moving because he was getting comfortable, which made me smile. I soon found something to watch which was Beetlejuice, one of Janus's favorite movies. Halfway through the movie, the washer and dry went off so I paused the movie and got up from the couch. Janus soon got off the couch after me and we both headed upstairs. "This is the last load so when this load is done, you're going to have to put your clothes away," Janus said, taking the clothes out of the washer as I was taking the clothes that were in the dryer out, and throwing them into my laundry basket. "Okay, Double Dee!" I said smiling and moved out of the way so Janus could put the last load of clothes into the dryer and start it.

Janus's POV: I started the dryer and grabbed my laundry basket since my clothes were done and went into my room and put my laundry basket on my bed and started folding my clothes and putting them away which only took me about 15 minutes to do. I left my room Remus was standing next to my door waiting for me and we both went back downstairs to continue watching the movie I went to the couch and sat down on the couch and Remus sat down next to me and he laid down resting his head in my lap and I smiled and was looking at the TV while also playing with Remus's hair. "After the movie, I was thinking that we could have a game night if you like?" I asked if I was still playing with Remus's hair, and he didn't care if I was playing with his hair. "Yes!" Remus said, looking up at him and smiling.

Remus's POV: I was looking up at Janus smiling which made Janus smile back at me. "When the movie is over what do you want to play?" Janus asked, leaning down and kissing me on the top of my head. "No twister. I am not playing twister with you cause every time we play you get naked for whatever reason." Janus said before I could even speak. "Aw! Why not Double Dee? It makes it more fun!" I said, pouting, crossing my arms. "I don't care I said no. What about Uno?" Janus said while looking at the TV still watching the rest of his movie before it was over. "Sure!" I said sitting up and getting off the couch and going to get the Uno cards I grabbed them and went back to Janus who was moving the coffee table out of the way, so we had more room to play. "I have the cards, Double Dee!" I said sitting down and handing the cards to Janus to shuffle them and everything else.

Janus's POV: I moved the coffee table to the side since we don't have a big living room and with the coffee table being in the way taking up most of the space, we would have hardly any room to play Uno. I sat down and grabbed the box took the Uno cards out of the box and started shuffling them before dealing the cards out to me and Remus and then setting the deck in the middle of us and laying the front card that was on the deck next to it as the beginning card. "You can start Mus if you like," I said picking up my cards and shorting them by color while Remus placed down a red 8. I placed down a green 8 which Remus was already having to draw from the deck which made me laugh. "We just started the game, and you already have to draw?" I said laughing and Remus stuck his tongue out at me. "Wait are we playing Uno the normal way or house rules?" Remus asked and I realized I had forgotten what rules we were going to play by. "Right, we can do house rules. Do you need me to tell you the House rules again?" I asked receiving a nod from Remus. "Okay, you cannot end on a wild card, you can stack cards so like if you placed down a plus 2 and I have one I can put mine down and it will stack it so it be a plus 4 and with plus 4 cards you can do the same, but you can't stack them on plus 2 cards. And Drawing from the deck skip your turn." I said telling the rules to Remus.

Remus's POV: "Okay, Double Dee!" I said to Janus after he explained to me the house rules again because we haven't played Uno in a while well since Virgil left us fucking bastard. We call them house rules because they are custom rules we made for card games and board games, so we call them house rules. I watched Janus place down a green skip and then a green plus 2 which I have a yellow one and I placed down my yellow plus 2 Janus started giggling and he placed down a blue plus 2. "Fuck!" I said groaning and Janus was giggling, "Draw 6 cards!" Janus said proud of himself, and I drew 6 cards, and I drew a plus 4 and I placed it down, "You draw-" Janus placed down a plus 4 and was laughing. "WHAT THE FUCK!" I spoke. Janus was laughing, "Draw 8 cards Mus!" Janus said and I think Janus is cheating. "You're cheating! You have to be cheating!" I said while I was drawing 8 cards.

Janus's POV: "I am not cheating it's just called bad luck," I said to Remus still laughing a bit and Remus was done drawing his 8 cards. "What color?" Remus asked. "Yellow," I said answering Remus and Remus placed down a yellow skip and then a yellow reverse and then placed down a yellow 2. After I destroyed Remus in Uno, I was laying on my back laughing cause Remus found an Uno card in my shirt sleeve. "YOU DID CHEAT!! STOP LAUGHING ITS NOT FUNNY!" Remus yelled and was pouting while I was dying from laughing. "Come on it's a bit funny," I said giggling and wiping the tears rolling down my cheek because I was laughing so much to the point I started crying. "Do you want to play again pouty pants," I asked mocking Remus's behavior.

Remus's POV: "No! You're just going to cheat again!" I said and turned away from me still pouting. "Aw come on. I promise I won't cheat again." Janus said as he moved closer to me and was trying to get me to look at him. "I am sorry for cheating Mus~" Janus said in a teasing tone and I felt Janus rest his head against my neck I groaned and then sighed before wrapping my arms around Janus holding him close. "I hate it when you use that tone," I said receiving a giggle from Janus. "No, you don't~ You are saying that cause we both know when I use this tone it's easy to convince you to not be mad at me anymore~" Janus said in my ear which made me shiver and blush and look away. "S-shut up!" I said hiding my face with my hands.
