Chapter #12

WARNING: Fluff, Teasing, and Remus being Remus

Janus's POV: "Fair, I didn't tell you how much shampoo you needed to use. So next time use a quarter-sized amount cause your hair looks greasy. You're not in trouble." I said seeing that Remus was frowning and I rubbed his cheek with my thumb making Remus lean into the touch. "What is on your mind Mus?" I asked, seeing that Remus was zoning out, cleaning something had to be on his mind. "Nothing, I'm just zoning out," Remus said, answering the question that I had asked him. I think we were cuddling for about 45 minutes and I was watching YouTube shorts on my phone before it died and Remus had fallen asleep on top of my chest. I gently started shaking Remus to get him to wake up because I was hungry but I couldn't get up because Remus was sleeping on top of me.

Remus's POV: I groaned slowly waking up and I glanced up at Janus who was smiling at me. I groaned sitting up and rubbing my eyes with my hands. "Is the world ending?" I was still tired and not happy being woken up because I was having a good-ass dream even though it was about my snake boyfriend. "No, the world is not ending. I am just hungry but I couldn't get up because you were laying on top of me." Janus answered my question and I rolled off the bed or rolled off the bed and hit my bedroom floor groaning. Janus got off the bed and walked past me opening my bedroom door, "Come on you big baby." Janus said leaving my bedroom I groaned, got off the floor and followed Janus downstairs to the kitchen. I sat down at the kitchen table and put my head down while Janus was making himself something to eat which I am glad that he is starting to eat again instead of not eating.

Janus's POV: I was making myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and I looked over at Remus and signed and stopped what I was doing and started making Remus a cup of coffee because it helps Remus fall asleep which I don't understand how coffee helps Remus sleep but at least it doesn't make me at crazy and bouncing off the walls. I was waiting for the coffee to be done and once it was I grabbed the coffee mug and walked over to the kitchen table and set the coffee mug in front of Remus which made Remus look up. "I didn't put any milk or creamer in it because I figured you wanted it the way you normally make it. Unless you want milk or creamer in it?" I said going back to finishing making my peanut butter and jelly sandwich, grabbed my plate, went back over to the kitchen table and sat down.

Remus's POV: "No." I answered Janus and grabbed the coffee mug and took a sip of the plain black coffee Janus sat down in front of me while Janus made himself a Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich and I watched as he tore it apart and handed me the other half which I took and began eating the half that Janus gave me. "When you're done with your coffee you can go back upstairs and go back to sleep if you want," Janus said, getting up and putting the plate in the sink and going back over to the kitchen table and sitting next to me this time. "What are you going to do?" I asked to dip half of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich in my coffee and then shove it in my mouth. "I am probably just going to read a book on the couch until I get bored of doing that and find something else to do," Janus said, answering my question, cleaning the crumbs off the table onto the floor.

Janus's POV: I watched Remus finish drinking his coffee, get up from the kitchen table put the coffee mug in the sink and go back over to me I was about to get up until Remus decided to pick me up himself and carry me to the living room and set me down on the couch. "I can walk, you know. " I said, grabbing my book on the table side and opening the book to where the bookmark was and started reading my book from where I had left off. I was reading and put my book down on the side of me because Remus climbed onto my lap and attacked the scales on my face with kisses making me blush. "Hey, I'm trying to read my book Mus," I said I sounded annoyed and pushed Remus off my lap and heard a whine coming from Remus who was sitting on the floor.

Remus's POV: "Aw~ Am I making you annoyed Double Dee~?" I said watching Janus's face heated up and grabbed his book and started reading again choosing to ignore me. "You're so adorable when you are mad~," I said, continuing to tease Janus, making him blush more with every word that was coming out of my mouth. "Don't make me kick you in the face," Janus said, turning the page in his book. I had a smirk on my face and sat up and put myself in between Janus's legs, making Janus move his book out of his face, looking at me. I received an eye roll from Janus and I positioned myself where I was laying in between Janus's legs and resting my head on his stomach. "Is this turning you on~?" I asked looking at Janus who was still looking at me which turned into a glance and his face was red from me making him flustered.

Janus's POV: "If you keep pushing it I will break your jaw and don't make me regret dating you." I said, making Remus frown and whine. "I just wanted to make you flustered by teasing you," Remus said that he should have noticed that he did succeed. "Well, you succeeded in your little goal or whatever just stop teasing me and let me read please," I said to Remus who wrapped his arms around my waist as I laid down on my back. "You are using me as a pillow aren't you because you don't want to walk upstairs," I said looking down at Remus who had his eyes closed. "Mhm," Remus said, already trying to go back to sleep and I signed up to go back to reading my book. "I will allow you to use me as a pillow only if I can still read my book," I said, turning the page in my book and getting a snoring sound coming from Remus as an answer. I stopped reading after about 35 minutes of reading my book and was now watching TV until Remus decided to wake up again while Remus didn't wake up for another 45 minutes.

Remus's POV: I woke up and looked up at Janus was no longer reading his book but instead watching TV. "How long was I sleeping for?" I asked sitting up. Janus did the same and stretched his arms and was moving his legs which I am going with so that his legs fell asleep. "An hour," Janus said, answering my question and getting up, grabbing his soft blanket from the armchair and wrapping himself with the blanket. "Cold Double Dee?" I asked, smiling at him, Janus nodded in response to my question before walking back over to the couch and sitting back down next to me. I wrapped my arms around Janus pulled him close and laid back down with Janus which Janus cuddled close to me in my arms.
