THIRD PERSON'S POV

Rudra was still perplexed, and why wouldn't he? He had met girls who were ready to throw themselves on him to get his attention but he had never met such a girl who smashed his car's windshield just for a parking spot!

He tried to retort but nothing seemed to come out. It wasn't like he didn't know how to put people in their places, but he didn't know how to deal with someone who put him in his place.

"Mr. Singhania, I hope next time you know not to give hope to someone and break them later." She said in a definitive tone and turned around, settled in the car parked it in the same spot, and walked away from there like she didn't smash someone's windshield and showed them the mirror.

All this time, Rudra couldn't even utter a word to her. It was as if she knew about the power she held over him even without knowing each other. He watched in reverence as she walked away. His heart beating was at an unusual speed and this feeling was completely new to him but it wasn't like he was complaining but he was enjoying it.

"I hope we meet again, Srashti," he muttered more to himself seeing her retreating figure. He wanted to make her stay and talk to him more even if she argued with him or showed him attitude.

His adoration broke with his phone ringing. With an irritating groan, he reached out to his phone kept in his pocket. " Adhir, I am on my way. Yeah, just a few minutes away." he hung up and glanced up in the direction in which she went. "I hope to meet you again." with a sigh, he started walking in the direction of the house he intended to go.

As soon as he entered the house, which was supposed to be his soon-to-be-sister in law's, all the attention went to him. "He's Rudra, Shivaay's best friend," Meenakshi said with a sweet smile on her face. "Namaste uncle, Namaste aunty," he said with folding hands and touching their feet, to which they replied with happy smiles and showered him with blessings.

After some time, they went back to chatting and asking Rudra about his business his education, and various other topics. They had been chatting for a while now and Gayatri excused herself and went towards the kitchen and returned just a few minutes later and the conversation shifted to Anatrika's family, especially to the daughters.

Rudra feeling bored and uninterested started reviewing some documents sent by Mr. Singh. He was so engrossed in the work that he didn't hear when Gayatri and Rishabh started talking about their second daughter. "Waise aapki doosri beti hai bahut pyaari. Use bhi bulaiye na, usse bhi thodi baatien ho jayegi." Meenakshi, ever so excited to meet new people asked. "Ji abhi bulati hoon." Gayatri said went upstairs to bring her second daughter out of her cocoon aka her room.

"Namaste aunty namaste uncle" Rudra's ears perked up at the sweet voice. He looked up to see the source of the voice and was astounded to see her again. It was her, the one who stole his heart so effortlessly and showed him the mirror without any fear. "Yeh meri doosri beti, Srashti." Gayatri said with a happy tone.
