As she left, I turned my head and met the notorious honey-brown eyes belonging to Adhir Maheshwari. He raised his eyebrows with a mischievous glint in his eyes, playfully teasing me as he flashed a sly grin.

His eyes gleamed with mischief. Wriggling his eyebrows, he playfully gestured about the muse that happened just now.

I gestured for him not to ask anything right now. He didn't push further but that mischievous glint stayed in his eyes.

Soon the topic of conversation shifted to something else and I sighed in relief, but the teasing glances from Adhir kept on playing. His playful glances and teasing smiles were like the rest of the stunt I played. God! That isn't very pleasant!

Feeling bored again, I started scrolling through my Instagram feed as I was distracted by the thoughts of the one with iced chocolate eyes, making my focus from the application shift and drift back to them.

Her hair cascaded down her shoulders in a soft, delicate way, looking like a playful chocolaty river. The waves of her hair and the curls at the bottom were so fragile, that I was afraid they would be ruined if ever touched, and I certainly don't want them to be destroyed.

The strands of her hair were in rebellion against her, flowing freely and making her push them back with a swift movement.

I remember the way she tried to tie them up in a low bun but they were so rebellious that they broke through every barrier she had put to stop them and flowed freely as if marking their victory over her tries to keep them bounded.

The echo of the footsteps was heard after some time. I looked up to see Shivaay walking along with a girl, maybe she was the potential bride, Srashti's elder sister, Anatrika Bhabhi. Her cheeks were tinted slightly pink and her eyes downcasted.

A total opposite of Srashti's demeanor. She held a soft and caring aura around her in contrast to but yet similar to her sister's, protective yet affectionate.

The curious gazes turned towards them with a glint of hope and positivity.

"I.." before Shivaay could say anything, I cut him off, "Shivaay, I want to discuss something first." A shadow of confusion crossed his face before he masked it with his poker face

As we walked over to a quieter place, I couldn't help but notice the look on her and her parents' faces. The faces of her parents lost their colors. She was worried about 'our talk in private'. And she looked curious too but didn't say anything.

" What is it?" Shivaay asked, as soon as we were out of earshot. "Shivaay I want you to do something for me." I requested.

THIRD PERSON'S POV

"Can you just put up your request?" Shivaay retorted pissed off from being cut off in the middle. Rudra breathed sharply, eyes filled with determination, and said, " You have to do this marriage."

Shivaay took a long breath and looked at the man before him with a blank expression. Wondering if this man lost it or just pretending to be foolish on purpose. Inhaling a deep breath to calm his mind he said, " You wanted to say this?"

Rudra, on the other hand, waited for him to say that he would marry her because he cared for the emotions of Anatrika as well as Srashti.

Shivaay made an 'I'm done with you' face and sighed, "You pulled me aside before I can tell what my decision is?"
