24 hours have past and zee has still not woken up, nunew stayed by his side holding his hand and praying.
Zee's hand moves under nunew's and he rushed to call the doctor "doctor I think he's awake" he said to the doctor excitingly
The doctor followed Nunew to examine Zee. "Mr Nunew can you please wait outside while I check the patient"
Nunew nods and leaves the ward to stand at the door.
"Mr Zee please follow the movement of the light"
Zee squints his eyes before asking "where am I"
"You're in the hospital you got into a serious accident" the doctor said still examining Zee
"Your partner has been here with you will you like to see him"
"Partner ? Him ? I don't know who that is"
"Mr Nunew please come in" the doctor said
Nunew rushed in to check on Zee "is he okay ? Omg baby I thought I lost you" he said holding Zee's face in his hands
Zee removes his hand from his face before asking "who are you"
"Doctor what is going on why is he asking who I am" Nunew faced the doctor
"I think Mr Zee is suffering from amnesia at the moment and he might not be able to remember much from his past" the doctor said patting Nunew
"But you're here, with you by his side you can make him remember"
"Whatttt ??" Nunew turns to Zee "baby I know you're doing this because we had an argument but I'll apologize please just tell me you remember me" Nunew started sobbing.
Zee stared at him without a single emotion in his face before saying "can you leave I need to rest and doctor when can I go home"
Nunew blinks severally before bursting into tears again "by tomorrow you're free to go home" the doctor replied
"If this is how much you cry how have I been putting up with you gosh acting like a freaking baby" Zee said rolling his eyes.
"You can pick me up tomorrow goodbye I no longer need your service today"
Nunew stood there crying without a clue in the world what to do
