In the Oval Office, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and National Security Agency Deputy Director Ray Monroe were seated waiting for the meeting to begin. Benjamin: They have to, as that boy told me and the detail whilst they were present. So the name of the boy is Issei. He doesn't have a last name because his family has disowned him for reasons which I'd like to keep private for now. We found him hurt in the forest just outside D.C. in a hunt gone wrong.
Barack: So exactly where does it tie in?
