12: The Game of Love and Hate

Everything had blurred to me.
By the time I regained my composure, they had already left.

I was now determined to not hurt the people, the family which I gained for the family.. Oh sorry not my family... The people for whom I was dead.. So easily replaceable.

Ira was replaceable but Aarya is not.. I will not let anyone hurt me the way Ira's family hurt her and killed her. She was murdered by her father.

I thought he will understand me.. With time the wounds will heal but I never thought he would so easily think about replacing me.

Without wasting another second thinking about them, I moved out of the terrace and rushed to my room.

I saw my lunch kept by the door.

God this women cannot stop caring. I smiled at my own thought.

I enter the room and had my lunch... I will take care of myself, I cannot hurt them anymore, it is really unfair to them. I am really thankful to Aaron for the conversation.

I quickly shake my head to stop my mind from wondering about the events in the terrace, I simply don't care anymore.

I saw the time already 4 30.. I can close my eyes for an hour... I seriously don't want to spoil Tani's special day by making it about myself.. I will be happy for her..

Exhaustion quickly took over me and I immediately fell asleep.

THIRD PERSON'S POV

The morning was stressful for everyone in both the family...
After all arranging a wedding in India is not a piece of cake and oh my god satisfying everyone's need was a major task.
They had their hands full, with preparations.

Shreya, Dia, Tani and all ladies had woken up early for the rituals.. Especially the three of them did not get a proper sleep after yesterday's eventful night.

Dia was juggling between both the families, as she was the elder sister of the bride and the elder sister-in-law of the groom.

Despite the pressure, they were enjoying themselves.
It was a moment of joy and celebration... After all the youngest among them was getting married and most importantly they got the hope of having their Aru back to them.

Except Neel, the groom, all the gents of the families were sleeping.
After the rituals were over Dia with the help of Neel had managed to wake up Indra.

On the other hand Shreya had to figuratively call 20 times in total to both Aniridh and Aaron to wake them up.

As soon as they heard the angry voice they rushed out to meet them.

Taani and Neel stayed back in the hotel almost half asleep while the others had gone to collect water from a nearby water body. Indra had taken Dia Shreya and both the mothers while Aaron and Anirudh directly reach the place.

They had completed all the rituals and reached the hotel by 6:30 am. Everyone retired to their respective rooms.

While coming back Indra asked Anirudh about Aarya and felt kind of relived hearing about her well being. He met Aditya on his way to their room, both of them had their breakfast together with family while the rest of them had their breakfast with Aarya.

After breakfast Indra and Dia had to rush to complete the ceremony first because the turmeric from groom will  be applied to the bride.
