Leah and I have been shopping at the farmer's market for about and hour now, and we finally decided to have some food at a small Italian restaurant. We had decided to order a pizza to share two chicken fettuccine Alfredo. As we were waiting for our food, we began to talk about the kids. "They've gotten so big! Ana, I don't know how you do it with three kids. They are so different from one another." Leah says, and I couldn't help but start laughing. "Did you really just say that? You were there last night." I pointed out.

"Oh yeah! I forgot! They really are just like you! They are such little energetic monsters! They must be giving Sam such a headache!" We both started laughing, attracting glances our way. "Why do you think I called him to babysit. He hasn't seen the kids since they've been born. Plus, they're going through a phase right now. They are way too into Carrie! Horror movies is something they got from their dad!" I exclaimed. The food arrived, and we began to dig in.

"Ana." I looked up from my pasta, to look at Leah. "I saw the way Sam looked at you today. I think he likes you. And I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but... If you guys ever become something more, I would be okay with that."

"Hold up! I'm confused. You are saying that you would be okay, if Sam and I began to see each other romantically?" She nods. "Why? I have to ask, because all I see him as right now, as someone who broke your heart." She leaned forward and grabbed my hand.

"Because I would rather see you two with each other, knowing you guys will be better than okay, should anything happen. I no longer feel as much anger towards Sam. Honestly, I'm glad this happened now, before we ever further in our relationship. I know I'll be okay, and maybe I'll even find someone who understands me better. I just want you guys to be happy." She squeezes my hand softly, before letting go altogether. We grabbed the check and then went back home.

(A/N: Pretend that is Sam and the kids)

I laughed at the scene that was presented to us as soon as we got to the house. Poor Sam was wearing a pink wig and was getting a complete make over, courtesy of the kids. "Looking good Sam! I have heels that are too big on me, if you'd like to wear them." I suggest as Leah and I leaned on each other in full laughter. "Mom!" The twins ran up to me, holding on to my legs. "Sam is so much fun! He let us watch Carrie, and he let us watch the part with blood in the bucket, over and over again!" They shouted jumping up and down. I smiled.

"Well it seemed that you guys had fun. Now go wash up for dinner. I know you guys like to help me cook." They all grinned and ran up the stairs. Leah coughed, "Well I'm going to go and stay in my honorary room, and leave you two to talk. Later Sam" She nods before taking off towards her room.

"Leah, thinks we are perfect for each other." I say heading into the kitchen to put away the food I had just bought. From the kitchen I can hear Sam choking. "You okay there Sam?" I asked, as I start to wash my hands. "Yeah, I'm just shocked. Leah has always been hard headed." I scoffed at that.

"No she hasn't Sam. I think, it's just the fact that she's always been fighting to fit in, and she never acted like her true self, with you guys and her family. Let's face it Sam. Leah is a smart woman, who knows what she wants. She had to hold back a lot, because she always thought she was going to stay at the reservation. Which is why offered Leah to move in with me." His eyes widened at that. "Don't look at me like that Sam. She's basically my sister, and she's gonna be living with me so she can figure out her life, with no judgement. Especially from the tribe." I gave him a pointed look as I started to bring out the things I was going to use to make the food for tonight. Chile Verde.

"Mira Sam. I think, we should get to know each other better. With Leah's permission, I feel that's it's more acceptable. While I still think we should be friends. I know I won't be able to ignore the feelings that I will begin to develop for you in the future."

"Well if you want to get to know each other, let's go out, for lunch tomorrow. While the kids are at school." I nod agreeing to it. "Well the kids seem to like you, so why not." I smile at him.
