Txana was on her way to go feed the ilus. As she was walking on the beach, she saw Ao'nung and his friends with Kiri.

She began to make her way up to them to check out what was going on. She saw Lo'ak doing the same.

"Back off fish lips." She heard Lo'ak tell Ao'nung as she was walking up. That got a little chuckle out of her.

The boys began huddling Lo'ak, pulling at his tail and poking him. Txana decided it was time to step in.

"That's enough." She spoke loudly and clearly, causing the attention to go towards her. Neteyam saw the commotion walking up. "You heard her, that's enough." He spoke, pushing Ao'nung back with one finger.

Txana watched the way Ao'nung looked at him before deciding to back off. Stopping his friend from saying anything else.

Ao'nung put his hands up in mock surrender, taking a few steps back. "And from now on, I need you to respect my family." Neteyam demanded.

Txana liked his fierce protectiveness over his siblings; it was just like Ao'nungs. If only Ao'nung could quit being a skxwang and talk to the boy, she knew they would get along. She did it with Lo'ak, and now she's begun to like the boy.

The Sullys turned around and began to walk away as Ao'nung called the whole family freaks. "Ao'nung!" Txana hissed, giving the boy a disappointed glare.

Lo'ak turned around at the boys comment. "Lo'ak." Neteyam warned. "Don't worry, bro, I got this." Lo'ak spoke, walking up to Ao'nung. Txana didn't know what "bro" was; she assumed it was a human term.

"I know this hand is funny." Lo'ak spoke, putting up his fourth finger. "Look, I'm a freak an alien." He smirked, wiggling his finger.

"But it can do something really cool," he spoke. Ao'nung curiously leaned in.

"First, I ball it up real tight like this." He explained curling his hand into a fist. As Ao'nung leaned in a little more, Lo'ak pulled back, punching him right in the face.

Txana gasped then started giggling as all of Ao'nung's friends attacked Lo'ak. Txana laughed for a minute at how Lo'ak could take on all Ao'nung's friends.

But she decided it was enough. "Stop!" She yelled, causing all the fighting to stop. She pushed Ao'nung's friend off Lo'ak. She grabbed the boy's forearm, pulling him up and pulling him behind her.

"Quit this all of you." She demanded. "Come on," she muttered to Lo'ak, gently pushing him to walk the other way.

"Since when did you side with free huggers?" Ao'nung called out. Txana stopped walking, turning to face the boys. "I'm not on anyone's side, skxwang."

"Your parents would be real disappointed." One of his friends spat. Txana sighed, rubbing her forehead. "Oh Ewya." She groaned. She could use a fight to get some energy out.

She cursed her short temper as she walked up to the boy who said that, punching him clean in the face before tackling him. Lo'ak took that as a sign to join the fight.

Txana was being pinned down by two boys. They kicked her sides and punched her about three times in the face. She knew one had a weak knee from hurting it a few months prior. She kicked him right behind his knee, watching as he flew down, holding his knee and moaning in pain.

As the guy got distracted by his friend falling, she got the upper hand, using her legs to flip their position. Her ribs were hurting like a bitch.

She started just swinging and punching anywhere she could as the boy who talked about her parents withered in pain. "What is the meaning of this?" A strong male voice called out. Txana knew that voice and knew she was in for it.

As everyone stopped fighting, Txana rolled off the guy, clutching her side in pain. "Stand all of you!" Tonowari called out. Everyone stood up heads down in shame.

"All of you go home and tell your parents what happened. The truth of what happened." Tonowari hissed. Txana tried to sneak out with Ao'nung's friends and the Sullys.

"Txana!" Tonowari growled. Txana froze in her spot. She turned around, seeing the angry yet concerned face on Tonowari.

"You two with me." He spoke to Txana and Ao'nung. "You can explain what happened to me and Ronal. Ao'nung and Txana groaned in sync at the mention of the woman; they knew they were in big trouble.

Tonowari looked back at him with a look on his face that meant zip it. Tonowari led them to the Tsahìks hut. Ronal glanced up as they walked in, immediately standing up as she took in the view of her kids.

"What happened?" she hissed. Gently pulling up Txana's arm as she looked at her bruised ribs. She gently glided her hand across it, making Txana hiss in pain. She then went to go look over Ao'nung.

"We got into a disagreement." Txana partly lied. "You are lucky you don't have any broken ribs." Ronal chided.

"Explain it all, boy." Tonowari demanded placing a hand on Ao'nung's shoulder. "The Sully boy punched me the one with four fingers. So I fought back." Ao'nung partly lied. Txana glared at him.

"And you, Txana, your side." Tonowari asked her. Txana didn't want to get Ao'nung in trouble, but he deserved it this time.

"Ao'nung and his friends were picking on Kiri. Lo'ak just defended her and i got them to stop, but one of his friends mentioned my parents, and I just lost it." Txana frowned. "I'm sorry," she whispered head down in shame.

"Is this true?" Ronal asked Ao'nung. Ao'nung put his head in shame. "Yes," he whispered. Tonowari sighed. "Go get patched up, Txana, you boy with me." Tonowari spoke, walking out, with Ao'nung following behind.

Ronal grabbed Txana's arm, making her sit down. She inspected the girl. She had a busted bleeding lip, a slight bruising around her eye, and a really bad bruise on her ribs that was sure to get worse.

Txana began to realize she couldn't breathe without it hurting. Ronal began quietly patching the girl up. "I'm sorry." Txana whispered. She was scared of disappointing the woman, who was like a mother to her.

"It's okay, sweet girl." Ronal comforted, cupping the girls  faces. She knew Txanas parents were a difficult subject. "Just next time you come get me or Tonowari okay." Ronal instructed.

Txana nodded her head. Ronal gave the girl a quick hug and a kiss on the head before going back to patching up her ribs. Once she finished, she started putting up her supplies.

Tsireya came running in out of breath. She frantically looked at Txana, taking her appearance in. She ran up, giving the girl a hug and a peck on the lips.

"Kiri told me what happened. Are you okay?" Tsireya breathed out. "I'm fine, Reya." Txana winced when the girl accidentally bumped her rib.
Tsireya giving her an apologetic glance.

"Please no more fighting, even if it's for a good cause." Tsireya frowned. Txana nodded her head. "No more fighting." She reapeted.

Tsireya smiled. Once she knew the girl was completely okay, she took her to go swimming in hopes of easing her body from the pain.
