His black trousers topped with a white tank top and a black vest makes him look more like a top model than a doctor. His relaxly styled hair and subtle make up makes him even more charming that everybody's eyes cant help but drawn to him.
Zee kept his back straight and looks around. It's been really a long time since he went inside a club and if it isnt his bestfriend's birthday he wouldnt be here at all. He felt his back pocket buzz so he takes it out and read it.
Mark: VIP floor. Hurry up. You're late.
Zee looked up and saw Mark and Max waving at him from the VIP section of the club. He nodded at them and proceeded to the flight of stairs.
Upon reaching the VIP section of the club, he saw the whole floor was only for them. Mark's friends and coworkers are all there. He then saw his silly group of friends at waving at him.
"Happy birthday old man" Zee said as he hugs Mark.
"I will tell you the exact same thing in a few months" Mark slaps his back.
"You're late" Max told him after.
"I know. I had to drop Liz at Boss' house. And she wouldnt go without her favorite book that we spent ages looking for only to find it inside her schoolbag" Zee shakes his head while his friends chuckle at him.
"Here. Drink up" Faye said when she poured Rum on his glass.
"Is this Gems' idea or yours?" Zee asked as he sips.
"Completely his. I told him I'd rather watch football with you guys at home with beer and wings. He told me he'll throw this party since it's been a while since we were out here" Mark said to Zee who nodded.
"He's gone all out and rented the VIP suite" Zee looked at his friend
"Ah. That's my idea. I think Im too old to be standing and brushing shoulders with everybody downstairs. Plus being here helps me keep an eye on him more." Mark smiles at Gems' direction
"It's amazing how you've gone from grinding men and women on that dancefloor to being a protective knight to your prince" Zee chuckles at Mark.
"Well what can I say? Love indeed changes people" Mark said as his eyes still remain on Gems who must have felt it so he looks back and waved at them.
"Speaking of knights and Princes. We met your precious Nunew" Boun smirked at him.
"And the rumors are true. He is pretty cute" Prem said as well.
"Oh he's here already?" Zee asked. His eyes are trying to find where the younger man is.
"He went to the restroom with Yim." Mark told him.
