Jimin awoke to find Jungkook staring at him a frown on his face.
Blushing as he remembered the previous night he tried for a casual greeting.
"Erm,morning did you sleep ok?"
"Jimin I.....I need to apologise ,"
Jungkook sat up looking unsure of himself something Jimin wasn't used to seeing.
What could possibly make him look like that...Jimin's mind came to a screeching halt as only one thing popped into his head.
He gulped down the lump in his throat as he whispered.
"You're regretting it aren't you....its not what you really wanted is it........ok....I....I can handle it,I should have stopped it when you said.........it's  ok I won't tell anyone..."
"What?"
Jungkook turned to the other seeing the distress on his face that he was trying to hide and realisation hit him.
He leaned over the other looking into his eyes,
"It's not what you're thinking,I don't regret what we did last night that was amazing...I regret being dumb enough to push you into it after what you went through at the club,what was I thinking pushing myself on you like that,I hate myself for doing that!"
Jimin looked shocked then shook his head.
"No Kookie,don't be like that,you actually stopped me from thinking about what happened,the distraction kept me from wallowing in self pity,please don't berate yourself.....I'm really glad it happened."
"But I feel like I didn't give hyou a choice your mind must have been jumbled."
"Did you or did you not ask me if I wanted to stop?"
"Yes but...."
"No buts,don't spoil the best night of my life!"
Jungkook gave a wry grin," the best night huh?"
"Well admittedly I've got nothing to compare it with," Jimin said sassily.
"Good!" Jungkook said with a dominant voice
Jimin giggled.
"What time is it?"
"Nine...shit practice is at ten and I gotta change clothes from yesterday's club wear!" Jungkook said leaping out the bed.
Jimin ran his eyes over the Adonis like figure before calmly saying,
"Chill out you left some clothes here from before they are washed and hung up in my closet."
Jungkook stopped in his tracks,
"Great I forgot that let's wash up and have breakfast,"
Jimin winced as he got from the bed.
"Don't worry it gets better," Jungkook said noticing.
"You seem to be a mine of information on this?"
"Well I needed to know things,the internet is a great source..."
Jimin shook his head laughing before going into the bathroom and cleaning up leaving out a new toothbrush for Jungkook who walked in and suddenly back hugged him then kissed the back of his neck.
Jimin smiled,he wasn't used to this show of affection that the other was displaying.
"I'd better dress..."
"I lie you better naked.."
"Kookie!"
"What? It's the truth..."
Jimin hurried out to the sound of Jungkooks laughter.
He dressed fetching out Jungkooks stuff then tidying the bed.
Jungkook came out and dressed picking up his clothes from the night before.
"Damn trainers! I can't wear my shoes from last night!"
"Look I can drive us to yours and you can get them,"
"But u was going to cook you breakfast...."
"Actually...I haven't got much here,we can grab a coffee and something on the way.
They hurried out going to Jungkooks.He ran inside getting what he needed then they stopped at a cafe for takeaway coffees and  gimbap,munching it on the way and drinking their coffees.
"Why didn't you have food?" Jungkook mumbled through his full mouth.
"I erm...,just didn't bother,"
"No wonder you have got so skinny..."'
"I'm not skinny...I'm toned I work out,"
"Jimin you worked out in the army but weren't this thin!"
"That's because their food was stodgy ,I don't feel the need to eat as many large meals."
Luckily for Jimin they had arrived at the practice studio so he jumped out quickly before Jungkook could complain more, forgetting his back was rather tender.
"Ow!"
Jungkook smirked and Jimin pouted at him.
Going into the room they used Jimin was suddenly surrounded by the others.
"Are you ok?"
"Did he hurt you?"
"You should have kicked him in the balls,"
"Luckily the media didn't catch it,"
Jimin gazed at the concerned faces and shrugged,
"It was my fault Tae and Jungkook warned me about him..."
"Of course it's not your fault,that creep followed you into the bathroom!" Jungkook argued.
"The boss wants to see you after practice Jimin just to let you know what's occurring,I'm to go with you," Rm said.
Jimin nodded.
"Let's warm up shall we?" Hobi said.
As they stretched down Jimin groaned but found all eyes on him as he stood up.
"What's up Jimin? I noticed you were walking stiffly when you came in?"
Jin said.
"I erm...."
"That creep slammed him against a wall he must have sprained a back muscle," Jungkook said.
"Yer...it does ache..." Jimin added grateful for Jungkooks support.
"We'll take it easy today,you know the routine really well anyway...." Suga said kindly.
So Jimin did as much as he could only occasionally stopping.
When they stopped arm reminded them all they had a fitting for the outfits they would wear on the tv show next day at eleven.
"Hey do you all want to come to mine this evening for a meal,I haven't cooked for us all in a long time..." Jungkook said.
"You're on!" Hobi said
"I'll bring some beers," Rm smiled
"What time?"
"I'll help..."
"Seven?"
Jimin listened then saw Jungkook was looking expectantly at him.
"Er ok,I'll buy a cheesecake for desert..."
Rm stood up Jimin we need to go to management"
"Oh right...I have my car I can drive us..."
Jungkook frowned," what about me? I came in with you?"
"You can come in my car Kook staff are taking me back?"
"Thanks Hobi but I think I'll go with Jimin and Rm,I need to shop for later Jimin can help me...right?"
"Er ok...but we have to drop RM off first,"
"No I just need a lift over there,once we have spoken to management I have to do some work there ...."
With that everyone departed,Rm ,jimin and Jungkook the last to leave.
On their way out Jungkook slid his hand from Jimin's shoulder to his ass gently squeezing it ,Jimin gasped and Rm turned just as Jungkook moved his hand pretending to rub Jimin's back.
"Still hurting  Jimin?"
"You need a good massage."
"Yes he's right maybe someone should give you a good seeing too,"
Jimin glared as Jungkook said this with a perfectly straight face.
At their company building Jungkook said he was going to get a coffee while they were in the meeting.
They entered into the bosses office suite and a secretary called him,she told them to go in.
On entering not only was the boss there but another man whom they discovered was a lawyer.
"Well Jimin as you can guess this is about last night,the police took the man into custody and he's been charged with indecent assault,we know the media hasn't got hold of this yet but we didn't know if we should pre empt it putting out a statement about you being accosted."
Jimin frowned," do we really need to?"
The lawyer chipped in," it would sound better coming from us...you know we could limit the rumours."
"What rumours?"
"Well...things like it was a gay encounter once they learn it was in the men's toilets,we deny your gay and just say he drunkenly attacked you."
"But I am gay......."
The lawyer looked at the manager then back at Jimin,
"Er that could make things difficult.....it could be assumed that you had met deliberately for a .....hook up..."
"Your telling me that it would be my fault some creep couldn't keep his hands to himself?"
"Unfortunately if a hint of your sexuality came out your reputation would be on par with his so I suggest as damage control you are seen out and about with some females....."
"I don't believe this! I'm the victim yet you want me to lie?? No I won't do it!"
"Jimin would it hurt to do it? Think about it...not only your reputation but that of the band is at stake..." their manager said looking uncomfortable.
"Hey wait a minute sir that's not fair to put that on Jimin...." RM said
"I think it's totally something he should be aware of,his reputation or all of yours...as a company lawyer it would be very detrimental....out society is homophobic.." the lawyer stated in a way Jimin could tell showed the man's aversion .
"I'm not going to lie about who I am..."
"In that case sir I'd advise a mutual agreement of dismissal ...." The lawyer said stiffly.
"That won't be necessary,I'll quit,we haven't made our comeback yet,it can be announced the day the others do the tv show."
"Jimin!!"
"Sorry RM,I can't deny who I am but I'm not going to put all you on trial too...,the tv show is two days away I don't want this mentioned to the others til the show,we can pretend I'm ill or something then you RM will make the announcement that I decided not to continue with my career..."
"Jimin is this what you really want?" The boss said.
"No what I want is for people to be accepting of others differences but it seems that's not the case," Jimin replied. His sad gaze landing on the lawyer who seemed to be quite happy considering the circumstances.
After a bit more discussion the boss agreed to what Jimin wanted so both he and Rm left the office.
"God Jimin I'm sorry I didn't expect this how can we face the others surely we should tell them?"
Jimin turned to the other holding his arm," not a word you hear to any of them I need you to promise!"
Rm nodded grimly,
"Hey what's up why the glum faces?" Jungkooks voice sounded a few feet away, looking at Jimin's arm on the other .
"I told him I'm only buying one cheesecake as you always make so much food,he wanted buffer cake as well!"
"Poor Rm,don't  worry I'll squeeze in the extra desert when we shop.."
"Oh er good...."
"I'm glad I don't. Have to get measured for my suit tomorrow they already did it the other day when I slipped in to see the designs..." Jimin lied," so I can eat what I want tonight and fast tomorrow!"
"That's not fair!" Jungkook moaned
"Well I'm going to see my parents anyway my mum wants to see me..." Jimin lied again,truth was he would need to talk with his parents before the announcement to warn them in case of any backlash.They knew he was gay but he didn't want them to suffer any fallout.
"You didn't mention that,you want me to come too?"
"Nah,mum's feeling a bit too motherly so I'll just let her mollycoddle me..."
"Ok well RM we will see you tonight come on Jimin we have food to buy..."
Jungkook didn't see the fleeting nod between the other two he was in too much of a hurry,but the unspoken look said a lot about how they both felt and RMs gentle pat on the back nearly overwhelmed the smaller male,but he bit his lip and followed the other.
