Caught out

At the end of shopping Jimn drove to Jungkooks helping to take the food in before saying,
"Ok I'll see you later,"
"What?why are you leaving?"
"Erm I want to change clothes and have something to do......"
Jungkook tugged Jimin to him,
"I thought we could have a little us time...." He murmured dipping his head to kiss the others full lips.
Jimin unconciously gave into the sweetness sighing in pleasure as they tasted each other until his brain kicked into gear again.
"No I have to go but I'll be back"
"Ah you tease!"
"I didn't start it....but you may need to finish it," Jimin said sassily groping Junkooks bulge.
He ran out quickly ignoring the others angry tirade blowing him a kiss when he got in his car.
The smile dropped from his face when he was out of sight and tears ran down his cheeks.
Why was life so unfair,he'd finally got his man only to give him up to save him from being targeted.
He got into his place and started packing some cases. He planned to disappear tomorrow,he'd set the storyline that he'd be with family,the following day when he was a no show he'd get RM to say he'd stayed over at his parents due to migraine.....after that the announcement of his departure would be made and his friends may be mad but would have to accept it.
As for Jungkook....Jimin worried of course he did ,but whereas Jimin had over ten years of knowing how much he loved the other,but Jungkook was only just sorting his feelings out .
It seemed strange to think that today would be the last time he enjoyed his friends company,it wouldn't be safe for them to be seen with him after.
He tidied his apartment not that it was messy he barely did anything in it,he'd get his parents to arrange the sale he thought.
He yawned and decided to take a nap the stress of the day wearing him down.
"Tae can you answer the door!" Jungkook yelled from the kitchen.
It was dead on seven Tae had arrived ten minutes ago and was lounging on One of Jungkooks sofas .
He got up and grinned as Hobi and RM came in,Suga appearing as well.
All went in chatting away only RM seemed quiet .
"Jimin and Jin not here yet?" Hobi asked
"No still waiting,I thought Jimin might come early to help but never mind ," Jungkook said.
RM frowned,Jimin was probably getting things in order,he sighed he really didn't feel in a party mood.
"Speaking of Jimin,I hear that creep is going into a voluntary stay at a medical place to sort out his sexual predilections ,seems mummy and daddy have money and it's not the first time he's done this,so they got him to cop a plea of mental problems and he will be locked up for at least a year but at least Jimin won't have to have his name dragged into all this," Tae said.
"What! How do you know this that lawyer said......" RM stopped mid sentence as all eyes turned to him.
"Lawyer what lawyer?" Jungkook asked
RM didn't know what to say but he asked Tae again,
"Tae it's important where did you hear this?"
"I have a police officer friend.
"Shit I need to call the boss.."
RM disappeared into a room and they could hear his raised voice.
"What an earths going on?" Hobi asked
The doorbell went  and Jungkook hurried to answer.
"Oh it's you..." he muttered on seeing Jin.
"Thanks shall I leave then?"
"What,.....no sorry I thought you were Jimin,"
"Is he late again?"
"Well he had something to do but he'll be here."
They both walked back to the others,RM was back running his hand through his hair and cursing.
"What's the matter did you break something?" Jin laughed,but he stopped when he saw RM's face.
"Guys I need to tell you something.
He told them about the earlier meeting.
"He's what!!!!" Jungkook yelled.
"How dare he think he can just vanish without telling us..." Suga ranted.
"Don't guys ....Jimin is worried that we will all be tarred with the same brush,he doesn't want us to fail..."
"Doesn't he know we would stick by him who cares if he's gay what difference does it make that lawyer sounds like an asshole."
"Well guys thanks to Tae it won't happen."
"Eh?" Tae frowned
"I just phoned the boss,he was about to call me he thought Jimin was here,he wasn't happy how things ended at the meeting and then he got a call from the police department telling him that it would all be kept quiet as the family had paid and didn't want their name in the press.When the boss called the lawyer up to ask why he hadn't notified him the louse said he thought it best that Jimin leave so there would be no unsavoury characters in the group,needless to say the boss fired him...but it means Jimin doesn't have to leave.!"
"So Jimin doesn't know yet?" Jungkook said with a glint in his eye.
"No we can tell him when he gets here."
"Not straight away...I think he needs a little payback for trying to desert us..."
"Too true! Ok we will follow your lead Kook.." Jin said
"Is that fair though?" Hobi worried
"Yes!!"
The doorbell rang and as RM went to get it Junkook shook his head.
"Nope he knows the code let's start talking as if we are having a heated discussion.
Snorting Jin said loudly," of course I'm the best looking here!"
Tae grinned joining in," no old man you'll find I'm the hotty now!"
"Old man!! I could beat you gaming any day!"
"Erm high,sorry I'm late I fell asleep,"
"Oh Jimin,I didn't realise you weren't here," Suga said making the others wince slightly at his directness.
"Oh.....ok....what are you all talking about,"
"How I'm better looking than Jin,"
"Don't you think you're both good looking in different ways?" Jimin said always the peacemaker.
Jin and Tae almost cooed at his sweetness.
Jungkook coughed," I thought you'd changed your mind about coming.."
"Would you have missed me then ?"
"Nah we would still be here and I can see you after you've been to see your mum I mean it's not like you'll be away forever,a day won't hurt!"
"Right........" Jimin only just managed to keep the fake smile on his face.Hed been so annoyed at oversleeping that he'd rushed over as quickly as he could because after all it was his last night with them,but sadly he hadn't even been missed......
Jungkook watched the other carefully...surely he wouldn't keep his lie up,he hadn't really meant to just leave them....leave him......
"So Jimin what are the outfits gonna be like?"
Jimin stared at Hobi," huh?"
"Well you said you've been fitted so what are we wearing?"
"Oh er those outfits..erm,I promised not to tell," he lied...he hated lying.
"Pfft what they going to do chuck you out the group...go on tell us.."
It was one step too far for Jimin he looked around like a deer caught in the headlights.
"I can't do it...I can't stay here...." He whispered backing away then turning to run for the door but he was caught in a back hug by strong arms.
"Sssh it's ok calm down ...we know.."
Jimin dashed away a tear," you know...? Well you know that I can't just say goodbye so let me go let's pretend there will be a tomorrow ...."
"There will be Jimin your not going anywhere" Rm's voice came from nearby.
Jimin turned startled eyes to the leader,
"Joonie you know what was said I can't let you all be embroiled in it!"
"Nothings going to happen and that asshole lawyer has been sacked and he can't say anything because they sign a non disclosure when they join the company."
Jimin looked totally confused so Jungkook led him back to the sofa and Rm explained in full what had occurred .
Jimin felt like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders he smiled happily but then realised the others weren't smiling.
"W-what?"
"How dare you just try to up and leave us !" Jin scolded before hugging him.
"Yer like I want to be the shortest if you left...not," Suga grumbled before punching him lightly on the shoulder.
"As if we could do without you!" Hobi sighed dramatically
"I've never hated being a leader until today I didn't know what to say....I'm glad your not leaving," Rm smiled
"My best friend and you were just going to disappear? I'm really sad Jimin," Tae pouted
"I'm so sorry Tae Tae,it was just so hard to say goodbye.
"What about me? I'm the one who would suffer most!" Jungkook argued.
"Why you we are all his friends?" Tae moaned
"Yer but I'm his fucking boyfriend!"
You could have heard a pin drop ,Jimin blushed a brilliant red while Jungkook smirked.
"You two are....?"
"Yep..."
"No"
Junkook and Jimin said simultaneously .
"What do you mean?" Jungkook said hands on hips glaring at Jimin.
"Erm...you haven't said you wanted to be my boyfriend?"
"Isn't it obvious after......"
Jimin clapped a hand over Jungkooks mouth,
"Er do I smell food burning?"
Jungkook ran to the kitchen the others following.
"No it's all good......shall we sit down and celebrate Jimin's non leaving?"
"Yay, come on I'm starving"
"I'll get the beers"
"I'll put the cheesecake and banana loaf away,"
"Aw you got both..."
"Anything for my friends,"
Jungkook was busy putting food into serving dishes,jimin getting plates and glasses.
"Very wifey..." Jin laughed
"About time you two got it on," Hobi laughed
Jimin groaned," come on guys don't take the piss I've had enough drama today"
With his hands full he followed after the others only to have Jungkook stop him and whisper into his ear,
"I caught you out don't think I'll go easy on you tonight I'm gonna make you scream my name so you know who you belong to."
Jimin gulped then hurried to the table hearing Jungkooks laugh.
