Inn the Ruby and Spears Cafe, the gang had all gotten some drinks and food, Shaggy and Scooby having some fries. Chowing down on their fries.

"Okay gang, I would like to pose to you all the question of questions." Fred started. "What's next for Mystery Inc.?"

"Oh, I totally have an answer." Shaggy said with a smile. "Lunch!"

"No, guys, I think what Fred means is that-" Daphne started to tell Scooby and Shaggy

"RI was also gonna say lunch." Scooby interrupted

"Guys, guys, guys, Retropoint's vehicle form needs a whole new....well, it needs a whole new everything." Fred stated. "And i'm never gonna get that stain off of his spare tire cover."

"RI told you to be more careful in that set of woods." Scooby responded

"Look, it's time to turn Mystery Inc. into a real business and that means scarier villains and creepier mysteries, much like the ghost soldier at the museum in Crown City. But that takes money." Velma states. "Fortunately, we found a possible investor."

Someone walked into the diner and spoke in a British accent. When the person got to the table, it was revealed to be none other than Simon Cowell.

"Oh, whoopie, a diner. I'll have a napkin, and some hand sanitizer." Simon Cowell said as he sat down

"Whoa, man, it's Simon Cowell!" Shaggy said, excited

"We appreciate your interest in Mystery Inc., Mr. Cowell." Velma states

Simon nods a little and says, "Every group requires hard work and determination and you've got it."

Shaggy and Scooby were making a large sandwich under the table.

"Fred, you're the tank. The muscle." Simon says

"Cool." Fred responds

"Daphne's the people-person. The empath." Cowell adds

"Aww." Daphne responds, adored

"And Velma's got the smarts and the technical savvy." Simon further adds

"Thank you." Velma states, straightening her glasses

But when he looked at Scooby and Shaggy, he got a bit mad and said, "But you two aren't even listening. You're eating a clownishly oversized sandwich"

Shaggy and Scooby swallowed the bits of the sandwich they had and Shaggy says, "Like, sorry, man. You lost us at 'hard work and determination'."

"RBut you got us back at 'sandwich'." Scooby added

"A group can only be as strong as it's weakest links." Cowell states. "Bottom line, I can't invest with these two involved."

"But Mr. Cowell, Shaggy and Scooby are our best friends." Daphne states

"Yeah." Shaggy states. "And, like, what's more valuable than friendship?"

"Literally anything. You can't count on friendship. People change." Simon Cowell states. "And when you get into REAL trouble, friendship won't save the day."

Shaggy and Scooby then looked offended and Shaggy held the sandwich close.

"Come on, Scoob, we don't need this." Shaggy states as him and Scooby stand up. "Let's bounce."

"Reah, we know when we're not wanted!" Scooby adds as the two walk off

"Wait!" Daphne called out

"No, guys!" Fred added

"Come on, he didn't mean it!" Velma finished

After the two left the building, they all glared at Simon Cowell with a look of disgust. But that moment is when Scooby came in and grabbed the fry tray.

"RNo fries for you. Hmph!" Scooby said to Simon, before walking back out of the dine
