With a loud thud, Jisoo's body slams against the wall. She gasps and clings onto Jungkook's shoulders as she kisses him back feverishly. Her mind is light and beyond she can even process after having a few shots with him. She knows she doesn't have a strong alcohol tolerance but setting her brain off for the first time kindles something within her that she never knew existed.

She has never kissed before but the way her mouth is moving right now makes her realize how much she's been craving for this. And to share her first kiss with Jeon Jungkook of all people, she knows she's fucked up tonight.

His head angles to 45° as he kisses her hard, not giving her a moment to breath as his tongue invades her mouth. A choked moan escapes from her throat as she subconsciously grinds on him, scrounging the friction between them.

Jungkook likes the way she's reacting to his touches and even reciprocating him. He thought she was some prude who had never kissed before considering her poor background. But he finds it enthralling to have such a passionate kiss with her. It's like discovering a new case to solve.

He smirks imperiously against her lips before he whispers. “Little thief…” She replies with a breathless panting. “Yes?” His eyes glow with flames in them as he reconnects their lips. She doesn't realize how she's falling for him. “Lift your legs up.” He demands, as his hands reach down to hitch her legs in the air before hooking them around his waist. She holds onto him tighter and continues the kiss, sliding her fingers through his soft locks.

His sharp teeth sear through her bottom lip, drawing blood out of it as she moans at the pain.  Her hips roll up and down on their own, making him grunt in her hot mouth. Jungkook knows her whole story from the day she's born till today but there is no record of her dating history. So how can she kiss this so fucking good?

He had a plan and it's to mess her up and yanked her out of her little bubble but he's the one being aroused and got turned on instead. “You gotta be kidding me.” He pants and tugs her head back by her hair. “Am I really your first kiss, little thief?” A light giggle ripples the air as she bobs her head up and down, showing how drunk and out of mind she is. Jungkook's jaw tightens as he slams their bodies firmer on the wall. “There's no way.”

Her eyes flatter drunkenly as she hiccups. “Hum? Are you angry? You asshole! I should be the one to get angry! You've no right to act cocky with me!”

Jungkook stares at her hard and chuckles, his voice deep from desire. He shuts her mouth with his once again and smiles inside his head. He doesn't understand what's so special about this woman that makes him want to keep teasing her. And now that he gets a taste of her lips, he doesn't want to put an end to it.

He likes her pitiful yet bold attitude. Despite her sob story, she doesn't cower under someone's derision and stands on her ten toes firmly. The way she pushes herself to keep moving on with just a thought to keep her brother safe and sound is something not many can do, at least not the people he's accustomed to know.

But he knows he doesn't love her. She's a fun toy to pass his time. A plaything to get on his brother’s nerves. Well, as long as she's at the mansion, he believes he can still enjoy her presence.

A new day of sunlight flows through the curtains and nudges Jisoo to open her eyes. The first thing that comes to her mind is a headache. A painful one at that. She switches her laying position and gives the sunny side her back to get some more sleep.

The material she feels on the bed is not the ones at Taehyung's bedroom. She then recalls the flashbacks of last night and abruptly sits up with a gasp. Her hands roam over her body to check whether her clothes are still on or not. She sighs in relief seeing her navy blue dress on her body, just in a disheveled state.

Rubbing her forehead to soothe the aching head, she tries to grasp the clear memories of last night and Jungkook's face scared her in a flash.

“It can't be…” her heart begins to race and pounds against her chest as the memories become patent one by one. His words…his gazes…his touches…his lips…“Are you crazy?!” She pulls her own hair and silently screams.

“Good morning, Little thief.”

Jisoo's head jerks up to Jungkook who's standing tall and looking good with a smoking cup and sweatpants by the door. And he doesn't have anything on his upper body. Her head registers every single thing, slowly and carefully. She's not at the mansion but at Jeon Jungkook’s place. Which is nowhere.

Sudden anger lits up her eyes as she meets his steady ones across the room. “Last night was—”

“A mistake.” He cuts her with a smug. “I know you'll say that.”

“I'm glad we're on the same page.” An uncertain laughter leaves her lips as she still can't understand what in the world is wrong with her to casually make out with Jeon-Fucking-Jungkook. “Let's pretend that it never happened.”

She tosses her legs out of the bed and stands up, while messaging her messy head. She needs a cold cup of lemonade to lessen the pain. Her shoulder bumps him on the way since he's blocking the path. Jungkook lowers his head with a chuckle and turns around when she speaks again.

“Is this…the apartment my brother lives in with you?” She asks with a point of finger, glancing around the wide apartment of his in perplexity.

He nods. “Yep.” He watches her gulp down and realizes why that is. “He doesn't know you're here. Relax. He's now at school.”

Jisoo can finally breathe properly as she rubs her chest lightly. Then, she looks at him with a gleam of light as her feet draw nearer to where he stands still. “I know we're not on good terms…but…”

“I don't need you to thank me.” He says coolly. “It's a part of my job to protect citizens and Seokjin happened to be one in need.”

She shakes her head and her gleaming eyes lock on him like a maze. “No. I need to thank you. You've no idea how much it makes me feel relieved to know my brother is under your care and doing well. Something I failed to give. So Jungkook,” a mild smile forms on her face. “Thank you. Thank you so much. I'll try my best to pay you back as long as I live. Even if you're doing your job, it's still a wonderful and awesome thing that has happened to me in my whole life. You didn't just save Seokjin alone, you saved me too. I'm so grateful. I really mean it.”

She realizes her eyes are getting teary up and covers it up with a chuckle as she looks around for a bathroom and spots one beside the bedroom. “Can I wash my face…at least?”

His head, like an autopilot, nods on its own. She smiles widely this time with a chirpy ‘thanks!’ and rushes inside the bathroom.

Jungkook comes to his senses after the door closes. This is probably the first time he has ever seen her smile dictating to him. Since their first encounter, all he gains is her scowl and eyerolls.

He can't believe himself that her words are too intoxicating enough to tremble his heart.

“What the fuck is wrong with me?” He covers his eyes in self-loathing.

Author Note

💀 I wonder if the story is a bit boring? I know I'm dragging it a lot since the plots are only at the ending. I have to announce that I will make Sookook endgame. It is the only plausible choice as I have other plans for Taehyung character.
