Be Mine

Chapter 11.

3rd person POV:

"What was she doing over there? That's like half an hour away from our place with a car." Jungkook and taehyung were running together as they looked here and there in the neighbourhood first where jiwoo had claimed she saw her.

The omega had suggested that they should split so they could save time in finding her but taehyung had refused to do so, saying that he was not risking jungkook's safety since this side of the city was where a large population of alphas lived.

"Maybe she got lost? I don't think this is the neighbourhood she would know very well. You will get your answers when you find her." Taehyung suggested as the two looked in an alley, calling out for her.

"Yeah I don't think we've ever been here." Jungkook didn't even want to scold her anymore, he just wanted her to be safe and wanted to hug her close to his chest.

"Let's go to the park. She's not here." Taehyung reached out for the omega's hand and ran to the car. They had thought about checking the park as the first thing but Minji had called them earlier saying she somehow managed to turn her phone on and straight on called jiwoo and got the exact address where she had seen Eunchae which was a bit far from the park so they decided to check around there first.

It was past 9. It took them around 10 minutes to get to the park and they both jumped out the moment they reached there. As they walked inside, jungkook started calling out her name louder than before because the park was huge, the biggest one in the entire city and it was definitely going to take a while to look everywhere.

"EUNCHAE-AH-" Jungkook called out again but this time, taehyung stopped him by holding out a hand. "Can you hear that? And what's that scent?" Alpha's senses are a lot stronger than that of omega's who are known to have the weakest senses among alphas, betas and omegas. Jungkook had no idea what he was talking about but he followed behind taehyung as he started walking towards where the sound and scent was coming from.

"I think someone is in heat." Taehyung pointed out as he started walking towards where the large gazebo was, near the fountain. The gazebo had a lot of wooden benches in it, meant for people to sit in and rest and there was a hunched figure on one of those that taehyung could see from afar but jungkook had still not been able to figure out what's going on.

"Someone who? Let's look for Eun-" Jungkook stopped as his eyes widened, and he let out a gasp once they were in enough distance that he could smell and hear that too.

"Fuck." He didn't think he had had ran like this before in his entire life as he did at this moment.

There was she, sobbing on the bench alone, curling into herself as much as she could, still in her school uniform. And the scent, the scent was something new, since children don't have a specific scent till they reach the age when they find out their subgender which are shown by heats for omegas, ruts for alphas and it's more of a feeling for betas along with their scent changing forever, for they can't spread pheromones like the other two.

"EUNCHAE!" He yelled out for her, making the girl look up at him with her tear stained face. As jungkook reached over there, she looked like she wanted to get up but wasn't able to.

"P-papa.. help.." he sat beside her and hugged her immediately the moment he heard her speak up. "sweetie, what are you doing here? Are you alright?" He knew she wasn't alright. She was having her first heat, and in a public place, it must've been scary but he knew that she knew what he was asking about.

"N-no.. wanna go home first.. papa.. please. I'm s-scared.." jungkook could feel his heart breaking, but it wasn't the time to panick when he had his shaking daughter in his arms. He pulled away from the hug and removed his jacket before draping it over the girl's back.
