Mira's parents looked at each other, seemingly confused. Arjun could see the skepticism in their eyes, but he tried to maintain his composure.Mrs. Sharma spoke up, "I don't know what's going on here, but we need to talk to Mira about this.”"At that moment, Naina called Arjun, despite Mira's continuous protests.

'Hello, Arjun, it's me, Naina,' she said.
'Naina, you're a savior! I am stuck here.Can you come to Mira's place,and tell them the truth? But there's one more thing - don't tell Mira about it for now, please.'What will I get in return?' Naina asked.
'Whatever you want, really. Just please come now."Arjun was stuck in the mess, unable to do anything but wait for Naina's arrival. Mr. and Mrs. Sharma, along with the two officers, were also waiting for Naina to arrive. Arjun nervously smiled towards them, his tension and anxiety perceivable as he tried to appear calm despite the chaos unfolding around him.
"The silence in the room was deafening, punctuated only by the sound of ticking clock on the wall. Arjun's eyes darted towards the door, willing Naina to arrive soon. Mr. Sharma cleared his throat, breaking the silence. 'So, Arjun, tell us again, what's your relationship with Mira?' Arjun hesitated, unsure of how much to reveal. But before he could respond, the doorbell rang, signaling Naina's arrival. Arjun's heart skipped a beat as he waited for Naina to enter and hopefully, diffuse the tense situation.”
"Naina, Naina, oh Naina, you've finally come," Arjun announced.The two police officers were skeptical, wondering if she was really Naina or just someone claiming to be her. But Arjun's parents couldn't believe their eyes - it was actually Naina, Mira's best friend.Mrs. Sharma called out, "Naina, come here, beta.”
Naina walked towards them, and Mr. Sharma asked, "Naina, are Mira and Arjun involved together? Are they in a relationship? Are they boyfriend and girlfriend? Is there something we need to know?"
Naina now understood the depth of the situation, but when she saw the policemen, she asked, "But wait, what are they doing here?”
Naina's eyes widened in surprise as she took in the scene before her. "What's going on here?" she asked, her voice firm but calm.

Mr. Sharma hesitated, "We were just asking Arjun some questions about his relationship with Mira."

Naina's gaze turned to Arjun, who looked like a deer caught in headlights. "What's going on, Arjun?" she asked, her voice softer now.

But before Arjun could respond, one of the police officers spoke up, "We're investigating a report of theft, and Arjun here seems to be involved."

Naina's eyes narrowed, "Theft? What are you talking about?"

The officer continued, "A scooty was reported stolen, and we have reason to believe Arjun was involved."

Naina's expression changed from confusion to shock, "Arjun, is this true?"

Arjun shook his head, "No, Naina, it's not like that. I can explain..."

But Naina held up her hand, "Wait, let me handle this." She turned to the officers, "I think there's been a misunderstanding. Arjun and Mira are close friends i mean very close.

The officers looked skeptical, but Naina continued, "I'm sure we can clear this up. Can we talk about this somewhere more private?”
Naina took Arjun and the two officers to the corner and whispered, "Arjun and mira are college sweethearts. They have secretly loved each other for a very long time, but their parents didn't know about it. If you get involved, it can get more complicated, sir."

She looked at the officers with pleading eyes. "You people have also fallen for someone you didn't get, so please try to understand the situation."

The officers exchanged a glance, and one of them nodded. "We support true love," he said. "We will talk to Mr. Sharma tell him that this guy is decent and deeply in love with his daughter Mira."
