"Ab chord bhi dijiye, Aksh."

(Please, Aksh, let me go now.)

Trayaksh hummed in response, but instead of letting her go, he pulled her even closer, making Ananya sigh softly.

After Ekta announced that Ananya would be joining Trayaksh, they packed up and left within half an hour. But before they did, Trayaksh made sure to sit her down for breakfast.

Now, they were sitting together on his private jet, with her comfortably nestled in his lap.

Earlier, when the jet took off, a wave of anxiety had swept over Ananya. She hadn't voiced her discomfort, but her white-knuckled grip on the armrest gave her away. Without hesitation, Trayaksh had scooped her up into his lap—a move that completely caught her off guard. Yet, as soon as his strong arms wrapped around her, the anxiety melted away, leaving her feeling warm and secure.

How does he always sense my distress without me saying a word?

With a little smile, she settled against his broad chest. However, once the plane leveled off, she began to shift, wanting to return to her own seat.

He surprised her again by tightening his hold.

When she mentioned wanting to move, he simply pressed a finger to her lips.

"What if you get scared again? After all, it's your first time," He said gently. "Just stay here with me."

Since then, she had tried various ways to convince him that she was completely fine and wasn't even scared in the first place, just jittery. But no matter what she said, He remained unconvinced. She even went as far as telling him she needed to go to the bathroom, and that's when he shocked her the most.

Ananya gasped, gripping his shoulders tightly. "Wait, what are you doing? Put me down!"

"You wanted to go to the bathroom, right?" He asked with innocent eyes as he carried her toward the small bathroom at the back.

Her cheeks flushed in embarrassment as she squirmed in his arms. "No, no! I changed my mind. I don't need to go anymore."

He paused, gazing down at her with those sharp, piercing eyes. "Are you sure?"

She nodded her head vigorously. "Positive."

He shrugged. "Alright, if you insist."

Unbeknownst to her, when she laid her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes in quiet defeat, Trayaksh's lips curved into a wicked smirk.
