"Harry, where are you even taking me," I whined for the third time. Harry had taken a bandana out of his back pocket and placed it over my eyes. He had pushed me into the car and was currently driving to wherever he had in mind.
"No matter how many times you ask me, I won't tell you, so shh," he said and I humphed pushing my self into my seat and crossing my arms over my chest. I hate surprises but I didn't hate Harry so i guess I would just have to deal with it. I felt the movements of the car as we drove; every turn, every time he sped up, every time we stopped at what i assumed was a red light and then when he finally parked the car. The ride only felt a few minutes long but the blind fold and my curiosity caused it to feel much longer.
"We're here but keep the blindfold on," I huffed and heard Harry chuckle as he got out before closing his door. Soon after he came to my side and opened my door, grabbing my hand and leading me out of the car. We walked for a little and I continued to pester Harry about where we were going but he stayed strong and wouldn't let me know.
"Ok now," he held both his hands on either side of my body steadying me to a standing position and then seemed to take a step away from me, "take off the blindfold," he whispered and I was quick to do so in an urgent hurry to know what he kept so secret from me. When I looked around us I saw a larger meadow that ran into the forest around the edges. We stood dead center and as I looked around thousands of fire flies flew about. In all different directions creating a beautiful lighting for the meadow. It would have been enchanting and perfect if it wasn't for the fact that all the flowers in the meadow seemed dead. I masked my frown and looked up at him.
"Harry this is...beautiful but," I motioned around us, "everything is dead," I said sadly. I hated seeing the dead flowers. For some reason it hit hard and I felt an odd lingering sting in my heart at the sight.
"I know that," he said chuckling, "I wanted to show you something though," he said as he took a step towards me. He grabbed my arm pulling me to the ground with him as he lent down in front of my feet.
I opened my mouth to ask what he was doing but he cut me off, "Just watch," he smiled probably knowing exactly what I was going to ask.
I watched as he put both his hands over a wilting rose. As he did, he closed his eyes and we stood there for a few seconds in silence, nothing happening and me more confused than ever. But then something happened. A illuminating gold color engulfed Harry's hands. The glow grew brighter and brighter until it got so bright it exploded and millions of little gold lights flew into the air, dropping onto all the dead roses in the meadow. Harry's eyes opened and he unclasped his hands to reveal a beautiful red and very alive rose. My eyes widened at the sight and my heart warmed at the action. This boy was really something else.
"I may have a demon in me," he lifted his hands to my cheek and slowly rubbed his thumb across it, "but there is also some angel in there too. I wanna be good for you Willow. I wanna be this," he ushered around us and my mouth fell agape again as I saw the whole meadow was full of life. It was a colorful carpet that the fire flies laid there story across.
"I want that too," I whispered and a dimpled smile made its way onto his face.
"How did you even do this?" i asked amazed at the sight in front of me. He stood slowly bringing me with him before enveloping me in his arms. I melted in his touch, pressing my head into his chest and wrapping my arms around his torso.
"Came with the birth," he chuckled and i giggled against his chest feeling the vibrations it made when he laughed. I liked the sound of him laughing and something told me he didn't do it a lot. He leaned back a bit making me do the same. He took my arms and wrapped them around his neck before laying his own arms onto my waist.
"Dance with me?" he asked and I giggled again.
"We have no music."
"We can make our own," his eyes gleamed a pure golden color. Full of joy, happiness, and life. I could feel something change between us in that moment for some reason. I felt us get closer. I felt my heart hammering in my chest every second we stood their swaying our bodies. I felt every swoon I made at the sound of his angelic voice as he softly sang a song I had never heard. And I felt a new feeling radiating off of me and Harry as we danced in that meadow. Something I forgot even existed. Something I had lost a long time ago and was somewhat relieved to know encased the two of us as we shared this moment together. This was a feeling I thought I would never know again.
Passion.
"I feel it too you're not the only one," Harry spoke as he swayed our bodies in the night. His smell was intoxicating and his words just the same.
"You do?" i asked not expecting him to say something like that.
"Of course I do. You think I don't notice that every time I touch you, your pulse quickens. Or anytime I say you name you body shudders slightly. Or that fact my smell captivates you. You're intrigued by everything I do and at the same time afraid to know the answers to some of the many questions you have," we had stopped dancing. His face was right in front of mine as he spoke. His nose almost touching mine, his illuminating gold eyes the only thing I could look at in the black night, "You crave my touch and to be around me," he chuckled as if humoring himself. Everything about his words were true but I had no idea how he knew all that. I would spend some times just thinking about his touch, about the words he spoke to me the first time we met, about his and everything he was.
"But don't worry baby," he leaned in closer so his lips were next to my ear, "The same goes for me. You're my drug Willow. The only thing in this world worth spending my time perusing. I spend nights thinking about you, time we are apart thinking about you, and even time we are together somehow my mind wonders back to you. Your beauty captivates me, your words hold me hostage, and your pure glow makes my mind spin. I have never met someone quite like you Willow," he whispers before pulling back so his eyes bore into mine, "Someone who thinks they're so imperfect, so cracked and broken. Someone who thinks they only have a few pedals left, that all the rest willowed away and because of that no one should come and help nurture them back to health," he spoke holding the rose from before in his hands. Tears fell slowly down my cheek and I made now effort to remove them," But when in reality you're the flower worth saving," as soon as he finished his sentence the waterfall of tears that were trying to hold themselves back, fell. They cascaded down my cheeks and onto the bed of roses we stood in. Harry took me into his arms and whispered sweet nothings into my ear as I tried to get myself to stop crying.
Never in all my life had anyone ever told me things like that. Told me I was worth spending time with or that they spent time thinking about me with me and apart from me. And never in my wildest dreams had I ever thought someone would tell me I was worth saving.
Once I had stopped crying I pulled back and whipped under my eyes a few times, "Thank you," I whispered before smiling up at him.
"There's no need to thank me. Someone had to tell you and I'm more than happy it was me," he smiled.
"Do you really mean it? All of it?"
He held my face in between both of his hands so lightly I wasn't entirely sure he had put them there. He brushed a piece of hair behind my ear before saying, "Willow, I meant every single word I said. You are worth it. You're worth saving. You're the one flower I want to keep with me. The flower I need. The flower that's too perfect to stay alone in a meadow anymore," he looked down at me and smiled.
"You are my flower Willow."

Not sure if I should try and make a ship name for them.
Any ideas?
