The questions hang like shattered glass,
Reflections lost in time's cold grasp.
They glimmer faint, then fade away,
Swallowed whole by night and day. What lies beyond the final breath?
What voice commands the hand of death?
We scream into the endless void,
But hear no answer, no reply. The why, the how, the where, the when-
All buried deep beyond our ken.
The universe, a silent crypt,
Where every hope is tightly gripped. The stars don't care, the earth won't speak,
The gods stay silent as we seek.
The endless search, the fragile prayer,
Dissolves into the empty air.Why love and lose? Why fight and fall?
Why rise at all, if time takes all?
The questions linger, sharp and cruel,
Yet life goes on, a senseless rule.We ask, we plead, we tear apart,
The mysteries that haunt the heart.
But every answer slips away,
And leaves us hollowed by the day. What meaning lies behind the veil?
What fate awaits beyond the pale?
We chase the truths we'll never find,
While time erodes both flesh and mind. The questions burn, the fire's bright,
But all that's left is endless night.
And in the dark, we stand alone-
The answers lost, forever unknown. In every breath, in every tear,
The silence speaks, but none can hear.
We claw at fate, we scream at time,
But every path's a void we climb. The universe just turns its face,
And leaves us running, locked in place.
For all we seek, for all we yearn,
Are questions left to rot and burn.
