Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups rolled oats
125 g melted butter
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup flour
pinch salt
Method:
Melt butter , add sugar, well beaten egg ,rolled oats , flour ,salt , baking powder and vanilla. Mix until combined. Place on a cold floured tray in teaspoon sized balls. Bake at 150 C for approximately 20 minutes.
