My Clairvoyant

Part 12

Lorraine POV:

Six days later.

And we all having lunch at Don McLeans 'American pie' playing in the background and the girls are sitting in booths next us with Carolyn who is sitting with the girls. While Roger, Lilith, Sarah, Ed and myself sitting in a separate booth so we can talk.

Roger said, "you said that it would only take a couple of days." Ed said, "we don't know why it's taking so long. Father Jordon says that the Vatican keeps telling him to be patient, but I'm driving to New York tomorrow to see Father Langston so he can find out what's going on. He's a high level Cardinal we've worked with him before, and he knows the Archbishop pretty well."

Roger said, "I'm just worried about Carolyn. I think all the stress has been too much. She's not herself at all, she hasn't showered, doesn't wear makeup, is barely sleeping. And she just disappears for hours at all."

Couple of hours later.

Right now I'm sitting next to Lilith in the living room and she put her head on my shoulder and then she starts kissing my neck and she picked me up and made me sit on her lap while stilling my neck and then she stopped and she started to lean in but before she could kiss me, Ed came in and said, "Father Langston called the Vatican directly and they told him it had been presented by the Archbishop, but there is some kind of issues."

I said, "issues, what's that supposed to mean?" Then Ed said, "he didn't know, they wouldn't elaborate."

Then left to go and do something but then the kitchen phone rang and I answered it and I said, "hello?" Then I heard Jeromes voice and I said, "hey Jerome." Then I said, "Ed is about to lose his mind." Later that night I'm pulled into a vision and it was Bathsheba Sherman and I remain paralyzed not able to move, then I'm pulled out of it by Lilith shaking me and I can see the concerned look on her face.

Lilith is in the kitchen I guess doing some research on her family and what happened and who they are. I get up and I go to the spare room and I see Bathsheba there and so I got my bible and I started reading it and I have my Rosary tucked in my hand.

Then all of a sudden I see Ed come in and he said, "what happened?" Then I said, "she was here, Ed." Then he helps me up and he leads me into the kitchen. And I see Lilith getting up from the floor and I make my way to her and I help he sit down on the chairs we have in the kitchen.

Ed angrily said, "I don't believe this. We're supposed to be safe here, and you opened the door for her." I said, "you make it sound like I meant to." He said, "you know the rules." And I'm on the verge of being in tears.

Lilith said, "Ed don't blame her, it's not her fault, so stop yelling at her for something she can't control over." And I see that Lilith eyes turn red with anger, so I put her head in my neck so she can calm down.

Right now we are sitting in the kitchen doing more research and I said, "between the Sherman and the Perrons living there, the house has only been owned by two owners. One was the Walkers, whose kids were the ones I saw, and the other was the Heichts it says they had a son who was drowned by his mother. Who then killed herself."

Then I realized and I said, "she possess the mothers to continue the sacrifises to Satan." The we all got in the car headed to the church to tell Father Jordon what we found out.

Then we arrived but as soon we got there we see Father talking to Archbishop and Ed said, "I want to know what the hell's going on, we can't wait anymore." Father Jordon said, "Ed and Lorraine, this is Archbishop, Father O'Malley. I tried to call you." Ed said, "we've been on the road."
