As much as they loved their job, sometimes it was all too much to handle. The fame and flashes were overwhelming, yes, but behind the scenes, where the sweat trickled down and got mixed with tears, were on another level.Their day just wasn't ending and Jeonghan was tired, cranky, restless; his leg bouncing up and down. His hand shaking with the need of holding something of his emotional support.
When a hand came to sit on top of his head, he felt another wave of exhaustion pass through him. If this was a thing, Jeonghan would've crushed it by then. But it was a person. It was Seungcheol.
He hit his neck and head for the most of it. This was fine as the leader didn't know about his stress.
But then fingers carded through his hair gently in a comforting gesture. The group was doing a VLive but it wasn't suspicious at all as Seungcheol had an obsession with Jeonghan's hair, his hands always itching to touch them. He must've wanted to play with his hair, like always. Although moments later, the hand slipped down to his own hand, pressing and massaging the insides of his thumb. Maybe, Seungcheol did know about his headache, his stress. Jeonghan internally smiled and curled his hand in to capture Seungcheol's fingers before checking into camera and going back to focus on other members. There was his emotional support, right in his palm.
They were filming SVTSIDE OUT part two and they had reached the point where they were playing bowling. Jeonghan wasn't doing his best. When he was pouring all his love into Dino's turn, he might've poured his skills too because nothing was working.
Each of their turns came, seating changed. Jeonghan had no clue how he ended up sitting beside Seungcheol with not even an inch gap between them on an empty couch. Actually he didn't, Seungcheol did. And that wasn't the first time the elder was this close to him that day. He casually came and sat next to Jeonghan, so close he might as well be sitting on his lap, his arm slung around the back covering Jeonghan's arm.
If he turned his head, he could kiss the other man and boy, did he want to. The places where Seungcheol's fingers traced on his arm felt alive in a strange manner. His touch, his scent, the whole of his presence was distracting. Jeonghan's mind was never in the game but by then, it was far away from the game.
"What happened to my reward?", A whisper tickled his neck.
Jeonghan gulped, "What reward?". At this promixity, nothing was making sense to him.
"That mafia game that I won."
He wanted to reward him there and then; climb his lap and have his way. For a moment, he could care less that there were other members, that there was staff present. Jeonghan felt a shiver at the state of his mind. What was he even thinking? Jeonghan, who would feel shy at the mere mention of any explicit subject, when did his thoughts start to run so wild? Where did this lust come from, for this man who was his cute bestfriend?
"I don't know what you are talking about", Jeonghan felt proud he could get that teasing out.
"You sure?", Seungcheol's head came to rest on his shoulder. There was slight nuzzling which raised goosebumps all over Jeonghan's neck.
Damn, he wasn't.
The elder's other hand came to rest beside Jeonghan's, fingers making patterns over the side of his hands.
Jeonghan's eyes fluttered close on their own accord and he relished Seungcheol's breathing over his neck. He gulped. Yes, he had teased Scoups in a room full of members but lights were low and they were covered with a blanket and were somewhat secluded. But this, this felt way more intimate to be happening in front of everyone, under bright lights. More than that, he wasn't sure he could control himself.
The desire, he realized, he felt for Seungcheol wasn't something to be taken lightly. It was strong, risqué and consuming.
