"Grmm" I grumbled as my new alarm went off. It happened to just be one of my favorite songs from Aladdin. I quickly shut off "A whole new world" and slid back into my comfortable bed. I wanted to be a burrito for the rest of my days, here, in my bed that finally accommodated me perfectly.

The bedroom door nearest me opened and I heard the heavy footfalls of one of my brothers heading towards the bathroom. The one that I claimed, just because it was on this floor. I sat up right in bed, listening for the steps that would tell whether he was gonna step down the stairs or another step in the direction of my bathroom.

Creak, creak, creak

Grrr, he was gonna go use my jiggly biggly bathroom. Well, not on my watch Mister! I sprang out of bed, grabbing my towel and shorts before scampering out of the bathroom.

"STAHP CRIMINAL SCUM!" I screamed, trying my best to hold back my crazy laughter and maintain a sense of seriousness.

"Cheesmas Chinga!" Ethan shouted back "scared the flipping hell out of me!" He glared at me and I couldn't help but smile at him.

"Well, you were gonna use MY bathroom," I waltzed past him and into the bathroom, "M-I-N-E" I spelled out slowly before closing the door. I swear I could've heard him mutter something about me being ungrateful and rude, but hey! There were three bathrooms in this house and they always make a mess. Jace was the cleanliest of all three of the goofs.

Switching on the fan in the bathroom I began my morning routine of stripping, showering, and getting dressed. Since it was the first day of school, I decided to dress to impress. I wore a cream dress that stopped just above the knee. The collar was lined with perfect pearls. Along with that, the dress had a dark bow that contrasted beautifully with the cream color of the dress.

Walking out of the bathroom I made my way down the steps, following the delicious smell of eggs and French bread. "Grab four plates, would ya?" My brother called from the kitchen. I nodded and made my way to the sink like the clean freak I was, washed my hands and grabbed plates along with eating utensils. I set two plates on either side of the table along with the utensils before going back into the kitchen for cups.

Within minutes I had the table set to perfection, I had even took the liberty to place the butter, jam, salt and pepper on the table for those that wanted it. Without even having to call the other two down, they lumbered down the stairs.

"Morning" I greeted them cheerfully

"Morn" Jace grumbled rubbing his eyes a bit, "bit too cheery for your first day of school"

I grimaced a bit. "Well, I gotta make the best of it," just then Ethan brought out the delicious food and all things negative flew from the room.

"You know, you're a pretty good cook. Don't see why you'd take a job out here for anything but a proper chef. I mean, seriously you make everything taste so decadently delicious," I rambled on, only stopping when I received strange glances from all three of my siblings.

"You're strange, Sis" he muttered and went back to eating.

"Whatever," I murmured "I gotta get going."

"Yeah, you're riding in my car remember?" Jake laughed easily at my forgetfulness.

It didn't take long to reach the school and soon enough the jitters were slowly consuming my body. I groaned inwardly, I hated the nervous feeling that was eating me alive. Shakily I reached for the handle and slid out of the passenger side of my brothers car. He gave me a strange look and we both headed our separate ways, only to meet again in the main Office. A weathered old woman about the same size as me sat behind a desk with bright cherry red reading glasses on the tip of her nose. She glanced our way, "What can I help you with Dearies?"
