Teagan has regressed before but only a few times. So she mainly labels herself as a Caretaker.
(This is a recent Headcanon!):
Toons visibly get smaller when they regress. Not the exact size as their mental age, usually a bit bigger!

When Gigi is regressed she refuses to let anyone hold her favorite toys.
Rodger and Teagan are usually everyone's go-to caretakers.
Pebble is very gentle with the littles under 5. He acts like a momma dog and tries to groom them.
Flutter is usually Gigis Caretaker! She has a bit of a hard time due to her being armless and mute but Gigi wouldn't prefer any other Toon!
Even if Shrimpo isn't the best Caretaker he still hangs out with Goob when he's small. Sometimes they regress together!
When Rodger first found out Shrimpo was a regresser he (Shrimpo) cried because he was worried Rodger would tell everyone. (Ofc he didn't.)
Speaking of, Rodger doesn't understand why Shrimpo is so embarrassed about his regression. But of course he respects his boundaries.
Shrimpo is very fussy when he's little. And usually refuses to do things like take a nap or use a bib.
When he's little Finn refuses to eat Apples with the skin on. Glisten has to peel them for him.
Dandy's comfort food when he's little is oatmeal creme pies. Their his favorite :]
Poppy owns a lot of animal and Pokémon coloring Books.
