Carrie White
"The Prom Queen"
Overview
For all of her lonely childhood and misunderstood teenage life, Carrie, an only child, whose father abandoned his family and later died in a construction accident, was disciplined for being taken by curses and secretly abused and beaten into submission and mistreated by her mentally ill religiously fanatical mother for everything on a daily basis.
Lore
From a young age, Carrie's mother told her she had the devil in her. Growing up, her mother frequently locked her in a prayer closet for 'sinning'. The older Carrie grew the more her powers began to manifest themselves. A social outcast, Carrie was bullied endlessly by her classmates. This only strengthened her strange telekinetic abilities. The final straw came during one fateful prom night. Her mother had tried to warn her, but Carrie refused to listen. As she and her date were crowned king and queen of the prom, a bucket of pig blood was poured upon them drenching them both. The following massacre would never be forgotten. All she had remembered was fire and the screams. She remembered bringing the house down and waking up in this strange place. Whatever ruled this place had given her new powers and a new purpose. Finally Carrie would belong. She smiled, blood still dripping off her."
Power
Flex
"There's something that no one seems to understand. She wasn't some monster, she was just a girl..."
Flex has a cooldown of 10 seconds, however, stunning her in any way (pallets or flash lights/flashbangs) puts her cool down on 25 seconds.
Flex allows Carrie to make ONE telekinetic interaction with either a pallet, breakable wall, window or generator up to 16 meters away from her and must have and have and keep line of sight of it or it is canceled. Flex takes 1.3 seconds to charge and is accompanied by a visual and audio indicator so that survivors can be aware that she is about to flex.
Losing line of sight while charging Flex causes it to go on a 3 second cooldown.
Carrie can drop a pallet, causing it to break on impact. If the pallet hits a survivor it injures them. If a pallet has been already dropped by a survivor, Carrie can break it but must be within 3 meters to do so. If a survivor is vaulting the pallet as Carrie breaks it, they are inflicted with Deep Wound, which goes away if they take damage in any way.
Carrie can block off a window for 5 seconds. Visually, maps would spawn with shutters attached to windows that would shut when Carrie flexed them, disabling the ability to vault through them for killer and survivor alike. Alternatively if it was too much work to do, psychic/phantom shutters would appear on the window as Carrie begins charging Flex, and would then shut when the cast duration ends.
Carrie can cause a generator to explode affecting survivors that are repairing them or within 0.5 meters of them. Survivors working on the generator scream. Healthy survivors are injured and deafened for 3 seconds. If the survivors were already injured, instead they are hindered by 20% for 3 seconds and deafened for 3 seconds. Survivors not repairing the generator but are within 0.5 meters of it are only hindered and deafened. The generator takes damage equal to if you had kicked it and begins to regress at the default rate. This counts as a "regression event". Once all 8 regression events are met on the generator, you can not flex that specific generator anymore.
