Overview
they were humans who have been mutated into cannibalistic monsters after being possessed by the Wendigo spirit, causing them to eat the flesh of other humans. One Wendigo roams free on Blackwood Mountain, stalking and potentially killing group members through the night.
Lore
Upon the Blackwood Mountain's, lies a curse fueled by evil spirits. The spirits that curse the mountains were from creature's that cursed the mountain for eons, and only possesses someone when they devour human flesh, the spirit consumes them, and they shift into the personification of hunger itself; The Wendigo.

Makkapitew's Curse
"Well this mountain don't belong to me, it's true. But it don't belong to the Washington's. This mountain belongs to the Wendigo."
Special Ability: Bloodhunt
When the Wendigo's power gauge is filled, Press the power button to enter a Bloodhunt mode. It takes 2.5 seconds to transition into a Bloodhunt mode.
During Bloodhunt mode, The Wendigo gains the following attributes:
Moves at 4.4 m/s;
Gain the Undetectable Status Effect;
Mimic's a survivor's grunts of pain;
Replaces Basic Attack with Predatory Leap;
During Bloodhunt mode, The power gauge slowly drains. Once fully drained, The Wendigo can not enter Bloodhunt mode. The Wendigo can prematurely exit Bloodhunt mode to keep all remaining progress. It takes 35 seconds for Bloodhunt's power gauge to be completely filled.
Special Attack: Predatory Leap
By holding the attack button will charge up a Predatory Leap. The longer the attack button is held, the farther and faster the Wendigo will travel.
Releasing the attack button will have the Wendigo jump towards the current direction they are facing. Predatory Leap sends the Wendigo leaping vertically, and allows the Wendigo to leap while facing upwards, but The Wendigo while leaping will quickly ark downwards during a leap. The current height the Wendigo travels at while leaping will not affect the Leaps distance.
If a survivor is hit by Predatory Leap, they lose a health state.
Special Ability: Cling to Wall
By releasing a leap while looking upwards, if the Wendigo were to collide with the environment, it would cling to the wall it is on. While on a wall, the Wendigo's power drain depletes 25% slower, and Predatory Leap charges 15% faster. The Wendigo is able to leap off of wall's and can cling onto other walls from a Leap from another wall.
The Wendigo can only cling on a wall for only 7 seconds, before falling towards the ground and Makkapitew's Curse's power gauge is completely drained.
Perks
Hex: From Dusk til Dawn
"In the blink of an eye, you can move from one place to the other. This allows you to keep up with your prey while time is of the essence."
When a Generator is completed, all Survivors suffer from the Hindered and Exhausted status effects for 30/35/40 seconds.
The hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.
Metamorphosis
"During your metamorphosis, your skin begins to stretch in order to strengthen your outer coating."
Every time you get blinded you gain a token, the limit is up to 5.
If the Survivor touches the gate while they are in your Terror Radius, everyone inside of it will become exposed for 3/4/5 seconds per token.
Insatiable Hunger
"Your lust for blood is infinite, and will never cease until you are dead."
Whenever a Survivor you're chasing becomes inflicted with the Exhausted status effect, increase your movement speed by 5% for 3/4/5 seconds.
