Blake (Part 2)

Even though their 2-week community service is over, a new issue arises. This issue takes the form of Ruby and Weiss choosing to not speak to each other ever since their sparring match. As well as distancing themselves over the whole team leader position. Even though Weiss has always kept her distance from her and the rest of the team, she's now doing it more frequently and rarely ever speak to them unless she goes to them. Ruby is relatively fine and does hang out with the others. But anytime she comes into contact with Weiss, Ruby's mood becomes sour and sometimes gloomy. This leaves Y/N, Blake, and Yang in a tough spot in spite of reassuring Team JNPR and Team CFVY that they'll get this resolved somehow. 

Y/N: ("If only there was some easy, magical solution to all this, I would definitely take it... but that would just be wishful thinking.")

Since it was a day off from school, Y/N was off wandering around campus after coming back from a mission he completed for Ozpin. It's the afternoon and Y/N lets out an exhale about the multiple things he's been doing so far today along with the current situation of his team. A good distance away from the school's courtyard, Y/N then sees Blake close by, currently reading a book and leaning against a tree near a pond. Her eyes are glue to the open book with another book laying down next to her. Seeing her, he approaches to the direction of his recluse teammate as she soon become aware of his presence via her black bow twitching a little.

Blake: "Oh. Hey, Y/N."

Y/N: "Hello. I see that you're still a bookworm."

With a tiny smirk, the cat Faunus remarks.

Blake: "Hm, I see that you're getting along with everybody lately."

With a smile, Y/N now stand before her and asks. 

Y/N: "Sure have. So, how long were you here?"

Blake: "I don't know. I was just reading, and I lost track of time."

Y/N: "Huh... so what are you reading exactly?"

Blake: "It's called the Sais of Passion."

A cheeky smirk form on Y/N's face as he comments.

Y/N: "Interesting title. It wouldn't happen to have any raunchy scenes in it, considering it has the word 'passion' in the title, right?"

Blushing a bit, Blake turns her attention to Y/N and retorts back.

Blake: "No, it does not. And that word has other meanings beside what you're implying." 

While he detects the slight redness of her expression, Y/N shrugs and says.

Y/N: "Don't worry, I'm aware. Just teasing you a little bit."

This prompt Blake to compose herself and goes back to reading her book. Y/N goes to ask her once more. 

Y/N: "Well, what are you gonna do later?"

Quick to reply, the black bow-wearing girl answers dryly. 

Blake: "Reading."

Y/N: "Oh... so the same as always then."

Blake: "Not really. I am planning on drawing some stuff."

Her remark draws in Y/N's attention as he speaks up.

Y/N: "Wow, I didn't know you can draw, Blake."

Looking up from her book, the cat Faunus elaborates calmly. 

Blake: "It's not a big deal. I just do some sketches now and then on different things."

Y/N: "I see. If you don't mind, can I check them out?"
