Chapter 20- The Allergies

Now everyone knows why Manik was cooking. Manik was just glaring at Aarav can't he just be quiet?.

" I am sorry mannu, mujhe pata nhi tumhe peanuts se allergy hai " Pallavi says realising she should have asked it one the first day.

" Koi baat nhi maa, aapko kaise pata hota it's fine" Manik says not to make Pallavi feel bad about it. That's the reason he didn't want anybody to know. When he was done with reading he came to the kitchen to have lunch but after looking at the dish that was made he knew there stood a change of peanuts because many people prefer it in dosa.

" Mai kuch aur bana deti hu, tu ruk thodi der" Pallavi says.

" Koi jarurat nhi, ye sandwich ban hi Gaya hai bus thoda time lagega, aap pareshan n hoye " Manik says not wanting his mother to get bothered.

Pallavi hugs Manik ," Maa kabhi apne baccho se bother nhi hoti mannu, tu baith sabke sath mai kuch aur lati hu bana ke samjha?".

" Are per mai.." Manik once again tried but it was blocked by Abhimanyu dragging him out of the kitchen.

" Baith, chup chap baith samjha? " Abhimanyu says making him sit right next to him. Manik just nods cutely.

After few minutes Pallavi enters with rice and veggies with dal and handles him.

"Isme peanuts nhi hai aur n hi koi bhi same utensils nhi use ki hai jo maine dosa banane me use ki hai " Pallavi says. While making this she was very precautious as peanuts allergies can be so deadly.

" Itni meh.." Manik who was again going to speak something was stuffed by rice in his mouth by Abhimanyu.

"Maa aise hi pyaar dikhati hai mannu, tu unhe tujhe pyaar karne se rok raha hai, aur Aisa nhi chahta tuh chup chap khale" Abhimanyu says still feeding him.

Everybody in the table got his plates but when a staff was gonna serve Abhi, Akshara stopped him signalling him not to as it can be dangerous for Manik to get in contact with peanuts.

Manik who was eating noticed it," bhaiya mai kud se kha lunga aap kha lijiye".

" Chup chap kha Manik, mai behes karne ke mood me nhi hu" Abhimanyu says.

Manik sensed Abhimanyu anger. He was probably angry coz Manik didn't tell him about his allergies and it can be deadly. it they would have not found him cooking Manik would have never told them.

Abhimanyu turns to staff," Mujhe ghar me ek bhi peanuts related item dikhna nhi chahiye, you guys have an hour for that" he ordered. The staff rushed to clear the items, then Abhimanyu turns towards Manik and feed him.

" Ho gaya bhaiya " Manik says as he was feeling full.

" You have to finish your plate Manik" Abhimanyu says.

After feeding Manik, Abhimanyu stands up and leaves. Manik sit there watching his bhaiya leave.

Aarav who watched all this spoke up," baithe kya ho jao bhaiya ko manao ".

" Kaise? " Manik says as he had always pampered Aarav when ever he got mad at him. And he doesn't think some trick gonna work with Abhimanyu.

Manik just stands up and leaves towards his room. Akshara knocks on Abhimanyu's door. After hearing the voice indicating her to come in she entered.

After entering she saw Abhimanyu with file in his hand doing his business stuffs. She puts the glass of juice in front of him.

Abhimanyu looks at the glass and Akshara." Mera Maan nhi hai rakh do please".
