Early Thursday Morning. The sun was rising and shining through the windows of Cambrian Tower. The smaller windows led into tiny rooms housing Dinosaur Agents and their two twin beds. While Dreda was lucky to have a room to herself, Grey and Kai bunked in one of the smaller rooms. Grey had a full night's rest before his ringing phone woke him up. Normally, he avoids those in the morning. But he was obligated to answer it when the caller ID was Dreda.

"Ugh, what is it, mam?" Grey asked, feeling tired and irritated.

"Ay! Good morning, sleepy head. Sorry to wake ya up this early, but I have a fun activity for us to do today. Ruby gave me some tickets to the TSF for some science bullcrap today. I got Hero to greenlight Buckley to accompany us, but I wanna know if you and Kai want to tag along for the ride?" Dreda asked, wide awake and ready to go.

"Uh...the TS what now?" Grey questioned, confused by what she was talking about.

"The Terrarium Science Festival?" Kai woke up from his bed after overhearing the phone call. Contrasting Grey, news of the festival made him brightly happy. "Holy crap! I completely forgot it was today! That means I get to see my beloved Vicky!"

Despite Kai's happiness, Grey turned stunned when the name Vicky popped up.

"Oh God, don't tell me Vicky's coming?"

"Oh God, don't tell me Vicky's coming?"

The bright morning abundance was buzzing with life. But despite the calming natural noises of the city below, the tower's landing pad was disturbed by the loud noise of helicopter blades spinning rapidly fast. Flying in from the west side of Viridian was an Orgil-designed helicopter carrying a special Dinosaur Agent. In human forms, The Raptor Generals awaited the arrival of the person inside, with Kai being especially excited for who it is. The others watched with calm expressions, though Grey was very dissatisfied with who it was. Buckley was a tad tired from being up all night in the city. They couldn't look away even with the large gusts of wind blowing in their faces.

Once it landed safely on the pad, the notorious fourth Raptor General, Velociraptor Vicky, stepped out of the helicopter in her human form. Decorated in black and yellow with gold earrings, bracelets, and a single tooth, one would mistake her for a pop star. Her bag over her shoulders and dark sunglasses also gave off that impression, but she removed those to reveal her bright yellow eyes before her fellow Raptor General teammates.
