Wednesday night, proceeding to Thursday morning. The Dinosaur Rebellion couldn't care less what time it was. Everyone was fast asleep in their rooms with no care in the world. True, they could have worried about the festival and Hero's plans, but not now. They just wanted to sleep their troubles away and enjoy a peaceful slumber.

Shane felt eager to as he stayed curled up in bed. He was lucky. His bed had special cushions that allowed him to sink his backplates in without stabbing the fabric. This was a good thing to have in case he wanted to sleep on his back. He had to either sleep sideways or on his stomach in other positions.

However, he couldn't enjoy this sleep. Outside, he kept hearing random calls that sounded faded, like an oncoming fray train. The sound woke him up and made him look out from his window. Since his room is in the basement, his window was small and high raised, close to the ceiling. Through it, he caught a glimpse of the full moon and some tree branches.

Walking upstairs, he tried to trace the sound of the call from inside. But he saw Peter standing in the middle of the cleared backyard through the back slider door with the glass window. Parasaurolophus was believed to have created special implicated calls with their head crests to help with communication. So Peter tried this out by releasing a gentle, yet loud call across the forest to detect something or someone. Curious, Shane carefully slid the door open to join him outside.

"Um, Peter, what are you doing?" Shane asked, feeling tired still.

"Oh, hey kid," Peter replied, a bit interrupted by his calls. "I'd say good morning, but it's not even midnight yet, hehe" he chuckled.

"Right, what's going on? What's with the calls?"

"Well, normally I do this when I call Paris back in. Back home in Aust Bed, she developed a fun hobby of sneaking out of the house to explore the outdoors at night."

"Since we lived by the cliffside with no trees, it was easier to find her

"Since we lived by the cliffside with no trees, it was easier to find her. But now I'm worried she's gonna get lost doing it here considering how big this forest is, especially since she hasn't returned yet. Normally after a few calls, she'd be back by now" Peter explained, sounding worried and suspicious about this occurrence. Shane, though, was easily concerned.

"Uh, oh, that's not good. Could she be trapped in a ditch somewhere, or fallen into the river?! For all we know, she could be having an epic standoff with a bear at this very moment!" Shane's panic grew with every horrible situation he thought of, but he quickly calmed himself by saying "Wait, that wouldn't be right. Paris befriends every animal she sees."
