Nandini is smiling, thinking about Manik as she heads toward her practice room, when someone suddenly grabs her hand.

It is none other than the mysterious man in a hoodie.
Nandini: "Excuse me?" The man: "You seem to trust your boyfriend a lot." Nandini pulls her hand away from his grip and says, "Yes, I do! And why not? He healed me," she smiles. "But who are you to ask me all this? Mind your own business." The man: "He's betraying you." Nandini gets shocked and after a pause she says,"Just shut up!" The man: "It was just a bet, sweetheart... He was only playing with your feelings." Nandini: "Oh, just shut up! He would never betray me. He loves me so much! I've seen for myself how much he loves me, and I don't need to explain that to a stranger." The man: "Sweet-" Nandini interrupts him, "First of all, stop calling me sweetheart. And second, what makes you think I would trust you? Who are you to me? No one!" The man: "Okay, you don't trust me now, but one day you'll realize I'm telling the truth." Nandini: "Just get lost... Get the hell out of here!" She pushes him away.
NANDINI'S POV
Manik will never do that! He healed me and made me come out of my dark world! I trust him more than anything in the world. Manik, you are the light in my dark world. I love you so much. But where are you? I miss you! Oh, you must be in the practice room!
Nandini goes to find Manik. She opens the door but sees no one.
Nandini: Where is he?
MANIK AND CABIR'S SIDE
Cabir: What do you think-will Nandini be able to sing?
Manik: Of course she will.
Cabir: I don't think she will.
Manik: Why not?
Cabir: Because it's a solo performance. You won't be there to sing with her.
Manik: What nonsense! She will be able to sing.
NANDINI'S SIDE
Nandini: How stupid of me! He must be in his secret room.
Nandini runs up the stairs.
MANIK AND CABIR'S SIDE
Cabir: No, I don't think so.
Manik: Wanna bet?
Cabir: You will lose.
Manik: I won't!
Cabir: Okay, fine. I'm in, but let me tell you, you will lose badly. Unless you sing with her, she won't be able to perform because you are her peace. You are the one who healed her, so she will need you.
Manik: No, she won't. (Nandini reaches the door and stops to listen.) By the way, I have already won the bet.
