"Hehehehehe... No." "What do you mean, no?" „I mean no. You wanna hear it in pig? OINK!" Satan looked at Ryu, distraught and then rubbed his temples. "Sometimes I ask myself why I even concern myself with you." he says, shaking his head. Ryu grinned. "Im taking that as a compliment! I'm still not doing it, though." Satan looked her dead in the eye. "If you wanna pass this school year without a failing grade and don't want to draw Lucifer's attention onto you so that you won't have any greeting for the next five months, you better start learning NOW." With each second Satan had gotten closer to Ryu's face and Ryu retreated her face backwards every time, definitely scared of him at that moment. Next to them Vanja rolled her pencil around, boredly watching their interaction. "I think you got to her with that", she dryly said and rolled onto the ground. "You should study, too, Vanja", Satan commented, annoyed. "I did. Besides, I have to wing it at this time of the year because I dont have much lessons left to understand the teachers' thinking process." Satan eyed Vee, not pleased with the answer and Ruth spoke up from opposite to him while she didn't look up from her school book. "She did revise my stuff with me yesterday and she surprisingly understood almost everything about it. I then explained the rest which she didn't understand to her. And besides", she looked at Satan. "I believe that half of your brothers need far more study lessons than Vanja does. Even Ryu somehow learned everything by simply listening to my study sessions subconsciously while she played her game." Satan looked at the red headed human who had previously dyed her hair red again. Ryu shrugged. "What can I say? I am simply amazing." "Get that smug look from your face." Ruth closed her book and took the pencil from Vee's hands, sticking it into Belphie's hair who was asleep next to her. "Those guys need tutoring really bad." Satan sighed and just let Vanja be Vanja, turning his attention to his other side and started chuckling. "When did that happen?", he asked, scanning Anna's features with a mesmerized look. Ruth shrugged. "I don't know exactly when but from when I noticed, she was asleep for half an hour." Satan chuckled again and stood up. "Then I shall get her to bed." He stood up and lifted her up, bridal style. While he left Ryu called after him. "Don't try stuff while she's asleep!" Satan almost dropped his gf at the comment, leaving Ryu giggling to herself.
Meanwhile Vanja sat down on her chair again and looked at her opposite seating partner. "Are they that bad?" Ruth looked up. "The brothers? Yep. Mammon has an attention span shorter than Ryu, Asmo would rather stare at his reflection all day and Levi is too caught up in his gaming and anime binging than wanting to study. Beel ate his books last time I tried to study with him and Belphie falls asleep after 10 minutes. Any questions?" Pause. "Wow, they're dead if they don't study soon." "Correct." Ruth buried her nose in her book once again. "But don't worry. As soon as that dawns onto them, Mammon is the only one with study trouble. He will search for help on the last night before exams which will be the time when I will be found nowhere so he has to ask someone else."
Ryu turned her head, which had been laying on the table at the time. "You're cruel." "Ruthless would be more fitting." Ryu snickered at Vee's joke.
Ruth sighed but chuckled. "Just shut up." she saw up, smiling. "I just don't like it when someone tries to use me or comes crawling to me when looking for help." Vanja picked up her pen. "True. But on another note, Ruth: Wanna get this extra credit the teacher was talking about in the other lesson?" Ryu shot up. "Woah, woah, woah! You guys have periods together?! Unfair!" "Only mythical creatures", Ruth responded. "We take turns, debating what messed up creations they have down here and with what animals from above they have the most in common." Vee shrugs. "It's entertaining. Anyways, what do you say, Ruth?" The female shrugs. "Sure, why not. But only after the exams."
