"You know what? That is a very good question!" Ryu looked around the room, scanning everyone there. "Well, he is not here. Maybe he wandered around the house?" "But where could he have gone?" Solomon looked around as well until Beel piped up. "Uhm... He was out of that door. I think he mumbled something about finding the kitchen." "Why didn't you say anything?!" Anna rushed out of the room, shortly after followed by Satan and Levi. "Because he wasn't able to." Vanja answered and rushed after them with the rest in tow.
They arrived at the kitchen where the first starters were looking through cabinets and the pantry. Belphie gave the report "He isn't here." "Great." Satan sighed and rubbed his forehead. "Where else could he be?" "Beel said, he smelled him in the direction of his room." At the staring from the brothers, she crossed her arms. "What? He can do more than what you think." Mammon shook his head. "Sorry, Beel. But nevermind that, we have a missin' angel to find before he goes somewhere he's not supposed to go!" Lucifer put his hand on Beel's shoulder. "Why don't you lead the way, Beel? We have to find that Chihuahua quickly." Beel nodded and ran through the corridor, leading to the twins' room and stopped in front of it. "I smell him inside but it's getting fainter. As if he's not there anymore. But there is no new scent leading away." Beel unsurely looked at Lucifer who sighed but ruffled his hair. "Thank you, Beel. We'll find him." With that he entered the room.
Searching the room brought nothing to the surface. Beel had wandered off to the kitchen because he was hungry and was somehow still craving baby food in the form of porridge. They trusted Beel's nose so they continued searching the room even if nothing seemed out of the ordinary. "Hey," Asmo pointed to the closet next to the door. "Doesn't Beel keep oddly proper attention on closing his snack-hideout?" Belphie nodded while Lucifer sighed quietly. "Of course he has a secret stack of that stuff," Levi grumbled and Ryu shrugged with her shoulders. "I don't know what ya'll have. We also have a stack of snacks and such. Just in case we get hungry at night and don't have the energy to walk to the kitchen." Mammon snorted. "You guys live closest to the kitchen. Why wouldn't ya walk that short distance?" Ryu answered bluntly "Don't wanna." and Mammon face palmed. "Anyways," Satan stepped forward and opened the closet doors. "Empty", he gave the update to which the rest grunted in frustration. "You're doing it wrong, Satan." The Avatar of Wrath raised an eyebrow at the human. "And what would you be doing instead?" Ryu's answer led Anna to let out a snicker, being reminded of a deja vu. "To find the angel, you have to know the angel. Think like an angel, act like an angel." She walked to the door, starting the scenario she had in mind to find the missing chihuahua.
"So, I'm a little angel who was searching for the kitchen but somehow ended up in here. I wouldn't want to be intrusive but I stay here, nonetheless. Suddenly I hear footsteps coming closer, nearing this room. To not be found because, let's be honest, even if I give the demons an attitude, they are damn scary and would definitely punish me if they found me in one of their rooms without their permission. So what do I do? I jump straight into the next hiding place which would be this closet." Ryu walked towards the closet and went inside, closing the doors. "Now I am here, waiting for the footsteps to leave again because this closet is actually extremely smelly and rancid because of all the forgotten snacks in here. Belphie, you guys have to clean this thing out, seriously. Well anyways, I hear the footsteps leave and just wait a few more seconds unt- Iiiiiiiiiihhhhhh....." A sudden surprise screech startled the others in the room and Mammon rushed forward to the closet, poaching the doors open. Greeted by an empty closet, Mammon cursed and turned around to the others. "Now we know what happened to the chihuahua", Lucifer voiced his thoughts. "It could be that this closet is a secret entrance to the labyrinth under the house..." Satan agreed, taking over. "It could be. There are a few entrances in the house and most of them are in our representative rooms. It's not really a labyrinth anymore, though." "You know another entrance?" Anna asked her bf, who nodded. "Then let's go find Luke!"
