1989's perspective (finally)
Its been a day of moving into the new mansion and i think ive been settling in quite nicely, cant say the same about lover though, shes had a tough day, i could tell by the look on her face when she came back from the gym
But when i wanted to go ask her about it, midnights walked passed me
fuck..no shit im staring again
"why you staring princess" she said, high as a kite but so smoothly
"U-uh- i wa-was just uhm" i tried to think of a lie when she started giggling
"Calm down sweetheart" why is she calling me all these pet names as if we're dating?
I mean- i wouldn't mind if we were but i just dont want to feel led on if she didn't, you know..like me like that
And also its literally been one day
She sat down on the couch beside me so our legs were touching, that made me redden up a little
"Yo do you guys-" reputation started when she came in the living room
"Am I interrupting something" she smirked
"What- No.." i defended
"Uh huh.. anyways.. do you know where lover is? We just got home but before i could open my door she had already run out" rep asked
"didnt see her" midnights replied
"Midnights you literally did, she literally ran past you on the staircase" i told midnights and she started scratching her head
"Hmm...i dont remember..maybe cause i was looking at something else" and she glanced to me
WHY IS SHE MAKING ME FEEL LIKE THIS.
"At what?" I asked her and she shrugged
oh my god is she playing with me
A few moments of silence go by it awkwardness
"I-" i started
"Do you-" as she started talking at the same time and i got flustered abit and i could see her smirk
"you go first" i said quietly
"do you wanna go to my party with me?" She smiled
"Yeah!" I said way too quickly
Shit shes gonna think im desperate or something
"alright then we'll leave at 7" she said and stood up
"Doesn't the party start at 6?" I looked at her questionably
"Yeah, but im always late" she shrugged and started walking
"Its literally your own party mid" i rolled my eyes
"Attitude much princess? Plus, whos gonna stop me?" She winked and went upstairs and i let go a breath i didn't know i was holding
Holy shit. Okay. Im going to the party with midnights. Yeah. Alright.
"Hey 1989!" Speak now called out while walking towards me
"Hey speak!" I smiled
"Why are you red?" She asked
"Im not red silly, im 1989" i joked
"Ha ha you are so funny!" She said in a sarcastic tone and i rolled my eyes playfully
"So...you and folklore huh?" I asked and she immediately reddened
"Look whos red now" i giggled and she hit my arm as she sat down next to me
"She's- shes wonderful really, shes so polite and sweet and she just, i dont know shes just so cute"
She gushed
"you should ask her out" i suggested
"Nonono i never initiate anything. Ever. I dont wanna get rejected. Ever." She started fidgeting
"Speak she clearly likes you, its so obvio-" i said when i got interrupted
"stop being so gay" debut charged in the room and jumped onto the couch and looked at us
"Shut up debut, you probably have a big fat crush on fearless for all we know" i glared at her
"Im not gay" she rolled her eyes "i have drew."
"Uh huh and we'll see how long u guys last" i mumbled to speak now and she laughed
"Hows drew anyways?" Speak now asked
"He's so amazing" debut continued like she was in her own world thinking about him
"She's a goner" i said
"Hey! I heard that" debut called out
"Honestly, good" i replied and debut got up to chase me so i ran away while speak now bursted out laughing
I ran up the stairs into my room and went to the door and ran into the bathroom to hide
When i looked behind me, it was mid.
"Oh my god- you scared me" i told her
"You should really look where you're going princess" she smiled and walked out and my heart had that fluttery feeling again
This girl was gonna be the end of me.
