Windy Meadows, Falcon Stone - 10:20am
Windy Meadows, the most peaceful place in Falcon Rock, undisturbed by human interference and full of the most colorful flowers seen in Maine. Many, whether townsfolk or tourists, come to enjoy the peace and tranquility away from the bustling streets of modern day cities. The flowers range from posies to bluebells to rose, varying in all known colors. There are slight dips in the petal covered ground almost resembling the tides across the vast sea. Surrounding the meadows are huge thickets of oak trees and dirt paths that lead in or out them. It all seems so silent, only thrashing of leaves and sweet breeze can be heard.
Until now, when a familiar teal car rolls into the meadows from dirt path. Stopping to a halt, the buzzing of engine flickers out before the dome shaped glass atop it lifts open. Within the car sits the three children, Monty, Phoebe and Leon. However, the darker skinned girl appears to be less excited compared to her dear friends, who are giddy enough quickly unfasten their seat belts and jump out the vehicle. She, on the other hand, is more skittish. Slowly getting crawling out the car, once she's on the ground, the dome gently clamps shut like an oyster.
For the entire drive to Windy Meadows, Phoebe's anxiety has been through the roof and into the stratosphere. Whenever she asked her younger friend about the turquoise car, Monty would always reply with the same answer of waiting until they arrived at the peaceful meadow plains. She had couple positive scenarios that could explain this situation like Monty's father being given a prototype car by the laboratory to test out or winning a competition. But those scenarios have flaws in them too, such as Mr Monroe only being an astrologist, mostly testing out new telescope lenses at home. And the only ones in the Monroe family who actually participate in competitions are her friend and her grandfather.
So where on Earth did they get this car?
Leon, stretching his arms into the air and back down to his feet, decides to be the one to start the conversation "So Monty, where's this super cool thing you wanna show us?" Twirling on the heels of her starry sneakers, Monty turns to at the dusky colored boy, her grin widening every second and body shivering in an anticipation "You might want to sit down for this, you'll need it." As Phoebe and Leon sit down, with Leon on the grass and Phoebe gently as possible sat on a broken log, the ginger haired girl takes a couple steps away from the futuristic vehicle. Monty shouts. Not her friends. Or an animal. But towards the teal car.
"Ok, Moonracer! You can transform now!"
Before they had time to react, the strange car starts shifts around itself, doors and tires twisting up and down it's shape. The glass dome folding around without shattering into pieces. Legs, arms and a head are formed from pieces of metal, a set of glowing blue eyes staring downwards at the children. A smile crosses their face.
Standing in front of the three children is a turquoise transformer, she gives a confident smile before sending a salute "So you're the infamous Leo and Bee I've heard so much about, it's an honor."
With Phoebe's mouth gaping to the floor and Leon's chocolate eyes glimmering like freshly polish bronze, Monty smiles grows by the second at her two besties' reaction towards her new velocitronian friend "Leon and Phoebe meet Moonracer, she's a transformer from this planet called Velocitron and she's an elite guard. And she saved mine and dad's life last night from these spider bots."
Out of nowhere, a high pitched squeal releases from the tanned boy's throat as he rushes up to the velocitronian. Questions spewing out his mouth and into the air, while the teal transformer and Monty giggle at Leon's antics, the darker skinned girl's shock warps into concern at the last sentence. What could have possibly have happened since yesterday afternoon? Phoebe remembers her and Mr Monroe were just going a simple night out in Oakley Forest for Monty's first outdoor stargazing trip. How on Earth result in her meeting a cybertronian? Especially one from a colony world, from what she remembers her father and the comic books telling her is that Cybertron lost with colonies when the Cybertronian War first started.
