'whatever. Its the whole family. They should've moved away ever since their kid got transferred somewhere else in middle school. They drive me crazy. Im done with their lot.'

'Dad they're not all like tha-'

'I'm leaving now. Don't have too many boys over.' my dad said, and left. It's like the only time he speaks to me is to down talk Yooyeon's family, or to brag about himself.

I shut the door after he left, and when i turned, I saw Yooyeon standing. She looked almost dead inside.

'Yooyeon its not like that, my dad jus-'

'it's fine, really. It's fine.', she replied, almost forcing a smile on her face.

'its just my dad is-'

'dont apologize. Forget it. Your dad was right. I'm sorry if I'm causing you trouble.', she spoke, 'I'll move out.

'hey. HEY!', I said, but she already left my room.

'oh shit! your neighbour is Yooyeon?'

'mhm'

Chaewon and Seoyeon sat together and ate lunch at the university the next day. That day was Seoyeon's break day, but she decided to visit her sister.

'neighbours since childhood huh?', Chaewon said unbelievably.

'mm'

'the life of you two should be made into a movie, for sure'

'hmph, a very dramatic one', Seoyeon pouted.

'what's wrong? it's good for you, you can become closer to her'

'she put on some sad face and said I was why she needed to move out. I was living there first anyway'

'so you think you did nothing wrong?', Chaewon scoffed at her.

'that's right.'

'why are you here then?'

Seoyeon looked up from her food, and looked at Chaewon, saying nothing.

'exactly. You came to see me because you feel guilty.', Chaewon said, 'You feel bad about what your friends did and about your dad too.'

Seoyeon scoffed and looked away, taking a sip from her drink, and waiting for Chaewon to say something.

'if you ask me, I think you should clear the air with Yooyeon. So things don't end badly like last time.'
