Just to Be Good Enough (Part 3)

"In a matter of minutes the Moby Dick will enter into an irreversible trajectory." Francis stated walking toward us. 

You could feel your heart beating fast. 

"Once that happens not even this will stop it from crashing into the city." he continued holding up a timer. "As a result of my ability I will be the only man left standing."

"Tell me Mr. Magnate, if I defeat someone as strong as you, will I know longer be considered weak?" Akutagawa interrupts.

"I'd put money on it." The leader of The Guild says menacingly.

"Then I would die a thousand times to make sure I win." Akutagawa counters.

Hearing Akutagawa's words you knew he wasn't lying. You grab his shoulder and tell him, "You better kick his ass. I'll be here to heal you with my ability if you need it so don't hold back."

"I wasn't planning on it." He gives you a soft smile and yells "Rashomon Demonic Armor!" A red and black Armor wraps around his body and covers half of his face.

"That's hot" You whisper to yourself. Atsushi gives you a weird look and you realized he heard you. You blush and turn away from him. 

Akutagawa lunges at Francis and throws a series of punches. The leader of The Guild looks surprised while he flies backwards blocking the attack. 

I back over at Atsushi and see he's looking at the battling duo in awe. Suddenly he transforms into a tiger and joins in the fight. 

"You're in my way you fool!" Akutagawa uncovers his mouth and yells at the were tiger

"No, Your in my way!" Atsushi yells back. "All of this cause of Dazai? Well Dazai my ass! You're more pathetic than I am!"

"Shut your mouth! Nothing comes close to what a loser you are!" 

You roll your eyes at their bickering. "Hey! What happened to fighting the actual enemy. You know the one who wants to crash an air ship into the city?" You shout at them. 

"This is all very amusing. Look at you two. Your so much alike." Francis purrs trying to provoke them. 

The two wind up for a punch.

"Don't you even dare" Atsushi starts

"Compare me," Says Akutagawa 

"To this guy!!" They finish together punching Francis so hard he went flying backward into a part of the ship, causing a large explosion of dust.

Akutagawa's ability wore off in that instant and collapses to his knees.

"Akutagawa!" You yell running over to him and kneel in front of him

"Are you okay?" You ask frantically. You reach you and grab his shoulder.

"Do you need me to use my ability?"

He lifts his head to look at you and gives you a soft smile that you have only been seeing recently.

 "I wonder what is going through his head." Getting lost in thought. 

"Y/n. I'm okay. Please step aside. I don't want you getting hurt. 

"Okay." You step out of the way and hear Atsushi taunting him.

"You taking a break, Akutagawa?"

"Shut up. Your next on my list." He snaps back

"The control terminal comes first. If this ship hits the city, not even Dazai will survive the blast.
