Rafael had set up a plea bargain with Lewis just before arraignment but lewis decided against it in the court room. Rafael could tell this was a ploy to keep them from getting his dna to find out exactly who he was. Rafael also noticed just how cozy william seemed with his new lawyer as did olivia.

Over the next day or so the captain had done a check on the woman Alice who had photographed the flashing incident. But the next day as the squad was trying to find more on lewis the team got a call of an assault at Alice's apartment building.

Olivia and Nick were the first ones on scene. Olivia went to the victim and traveled with her in the ambulance. After arriving at the hospital and getting Alice stable Olivia stayed with Alice as they did the rape kit. Olivia was horrified by all the damage Lewis had put this woman through. It was sickening to her and she silently vowed to herself to get this prick.

The captain sent Amanda and fin to pick up Lewis. When they arrived at the halfway house he wasn't there and his roommate had said he hadn't been there in days.

After finding 5crazys in the room of the halfway house they found only one place that sold them and decided to stake it out.

It didn't take long before Lewis rode up on a bike and was arrested by Amanda but he seemed to get off on it a bit as he made the remark "can't get enough of me huh?"

Amanda glared and was a little ruff as she cuffed him and put him in the car.

After booking him for a second time he was sent to an interrogation room and was soon joined by Olivia and Nick. Olivia was seething but did her best to hide it.

"That old lady said I raped her?" Lewis laughed "I told you she was crazy the first time."

"Yeah you saying she made it up?" Olivia asked trying to keep her composure.

"I know enough to stay away from her" he smirked.

"Yeah well then where were you yesterday? Not the halfway house we checked." Nick said slowly losing his patients.

"Nope I left that place. Supposed to be a place to recover but the whole thing is just a farce. Just to make money off the state." Lewis shook his head still smirking about the whole thing.

"So then where were you?" Olivia asked in a slightly mocking tone.

"Ha thanks for the sympathy." Lewis continued.

"Sympathy?" Olivia nodded her head as her anger was coming to the surface and she leaned in close getting in his face as she said " what you did to her your lucky I didn't kick your teeth in." She spat in his face.

"What I did, you should be so lucky someone does that to you" he whispered and smirked.

At that moment nick slammed his fists on the table making it move slightly and growled "hey shut the hell up or I'll take you right here and wipe that damn smirk off your face!" He said getting louder.

Olivia smirked seeing she had hit a slight nerve with Lewis and she said "it's ok nick I wan to hear this. I should be so lucky?" Olivia continued "how? Tell me?" She said going in to a flirty tone to play to his ego and get him to confess.

"Ok sweetheart, what do you want to hear?" He said biting his lipever so slightly.

"Whatever you got." Olivia continued.

"You mean, like, how disturbing it would be... to make a fine, educated, cultured woman like that disrobe?" He said in a hypothetical tone and statement. "How humiliating it would be? How she might try to cover herself with her hands?" He continued stareing strait in to Olivia's eyes.

"Go on." Olivia said keeping her emotionsin check at the thought of what the poor woman went through.

"You want to hear how I tied her to the bed. Not too tight, so I could watch her struggle." He smirked watching how Olivia's eyes reacted "No? Not your thing, huh? Oh, what about if I made her go down on her knees...And forced myself inside of her?" He was getting turned on seeing the water well in her eyes loving how this was effecting a woman who tried to put on such a hard front "Or... or you want to hear about the pyrotechnics? How I put out my cigarettes on her." He whispered a little softer "Yeah. Gotcha." He then continued seeing all the pain of just hearing about it building up behind the woman's eyes as he described it all "How I branded her private parts with keys and hot hangers."

Nick was standing there infuriated and knowing william was getting turned on by it all. He could also see the sadness and pain and anger oozing off if Olivia. "You know, I know you're getting off on this, but you know what? I want to know how you got in that apartment." He said hopeing to stop this toxic exchange between william and olivia.

"Eh. That a numbers thing." He blew off nicks question and continued his description to olivia until a knock came to the door and the captain came in followed by Williams lawyer.

Olivia walked out "I need a shower" she whispered as a couple tears managed to escape her eyes and she brushed them away.
