Gia knew her mom's tricks of the trade and had planned for some of them. She walked by Amanda's apartment building and went in and put her cell phone on top of Amanda's mail slot and then left and went to the local Bodega and bought a burner cell. She put her mom's number and few others in the contacts and then continued to the subway using her new friends borrowed transit pass and made her way to Harlem.

Once in Harlem she met up with her new friends at a run down apartment in the basement to hang out. It was a party and most the people she didn't know. She noticed a few people stareing and whispering about her visible scars through her fishnets and she tugged her skirt down a little bit.

Don had showed up with the tracking on his phone screen and olivia got in the car "where is she?" She asked.

Well her phone was moving in Manhattan for a bit but then stopped and has been sitting in one place for a while." He said not recognizing the address at first but handed the phone to olivia.

Olivia looked at the address "wait I know this address...it's Amanda's. Why would she go to Amanda's place?" She wondered. As she thought about it she got a call on her phone from amanda "Amanda? Is giana with you?"

"No but I think her cell is. I found a cell with a purple case sitting on my mail slot it has a picture of you and Gia as the background." Amanda said.

Olivia sighed "that girl is too smart for her own good some times" she said "Amanda can you go back to the squad room and get gias picture off my desk and get an apb out on her. She's not herself right now and I'm afraid she's going to hurt herself or put herself in harms way." Olivia said.

"Yeah I'll head back now. Meet you guys there?" Amanda replied.

"Yeah see you soon." Olivia said and hung up "it was a diversion she's not at Amanda's just her cell was."

Don sighed "well she does know how our job works."

"This isn't good she could be anywhere in the city" Olivia said covering her face with her hands in frustration and fear.

"We will find her liv" Don said.

As she sat on the couch one of the guys she had been friends with for a couple weeks, Darius Cain, came over and sat by her seeing she looked like she seemed out of place. "Hey you look nervous you alright?" He asked.

"I'm fine." She said.

"Your worried about what your mom's gonna think?" He asked.

"Can we not talk about her." She said.

He smiled "ok darlin no problem. How about a drink?"

She nodded "only out of an unopened bottle."

He chuckled "you can definitely tell.your a cops kid." He said and handed her an un opened beer.

They both sat and drank and talked for quite some time.

Olivia and the squad were working on finding her and olivia found servailence from the Bodega near Amanda's apartment and seen Gia buy a burner cell. Thankfully Gia made a mistake and used Olivia's debit card so they were able to get a serial number for the phone to track it. "Finally thank God for small mistakes" Olivia said.
