As Williams trial came closer to its real beginning olivia was extra stressed and on top of that things seemed to be getting worse between olivia and Gia.
Fin had cornered Darius and threatened him to stay away from Gia. For now Darius listened but had told Gia why and this had caused a bigger wedge between her and olivia.
Olivia had went to practice her testimony with Rafael but in the middle of it Rafael could tell she wasn't super focused "Liv what's going on?" He asked "you got to be on the top.of your game for this if he sees any weakness he will use it."
"I know rafa." She sighed "it's just Gia she's just getting more and more distant from me."
"Is she still planning to testify cause I wanted to go over hers tomorrow." He said.
"Yeah that's probably not happening" she replied "she left last night and she hasn't come back yet."
Rafael was surprised "what? Is the squad looking for her?"
Olivia sighed "no because this isn't the first time she's done this and I just don't want to have to keep getting them involved when she's just going to run again." She said.
"Maybe liv it's time to find out where she is and use some tough love" Rafael admitted.
She shook her head "you mean help get her arrested? No rafa I can't do that to my daughter." She said in slight shock he suggested it.
"Even if it's the only way to help her?" He said.

Gia had gone home to the apartment and was packing a bag when she heard the door and her mother sigh. "Shit" Gia mumbled to herself and hid in her closet. She could hear olivia checking the apartment for her and then step in the bathroom. Once Gia heard the shower going she grabbed her bag and put a note on the counter she had pre written for her mother and silently left to meet back up with Darius.

Olivia came out of the shower 15 minutes later and put on some sweats before heading to the kitchen to get wine when she noticed the note that hadn't been there 20 minutes before. "Damn it gia not again" she sighed figuring it would say what it always did but she opened it anyway and began to read as fear, sadness and frustration began to line her face.
Dear mom,
You probably won't see me for a while. I'm not sure if or when I'll be back. I know I've been a failure as a daughter and someday I hope you'll forgive me for that. I just need some time and space to decide what I want to do. I'm sorry I let him in our life, I'm sorry I had to hurt you in more ways then one and I'm sorry I'm not strong and fearless like you. I know when you prayed for a child you never wanted a failure like me and maybe someday you'll get a child you do deserve. Just know I do love you mom but I have to make my own way now and...Darius is the only one willing to help me. Goodbye mom. See you when I see you.

Olivia was in tears by the time she finished the letter and she knew now she was going to need help. She began by calling fin then continued to call amanda, nick, Don and Rafael. She even made a call she hadn't in a couple years to elliot and left him a message.
