Assassins

 (there already together also the setting is titans the netflix show)

Raven was turning 18 soon so her father was more persistent about letting him out it also means that her magic was getting weaker so she was struggling to do all of her magic out in the field to the point dick said that she needed to stay back on missions which made her sad but she didn't want anyone getting hurt because she couldn't use her magic nowadays she would lock herself  in her room unless she was a called out or was getting food.

Sometimes she would lock herself in with Damien because she need someone to talk to but everyone wasn't damien he made her feel safe and as if she could do no harm Even though she could do plenty she had fallen asleep in Damien room one he didn't mind it was nice he felt at peace when she would fall asleep he had done his job right.

that night he was  hugging her into his chest to keep her warm what he didn't realise was that there was league of Assassins coming toward them fell asleep loosening his grip on her.He was jolted up with the rest of the team as glass broke in the common room raven was to weak to get up so she sat up in bed and said

"dami what was that?" shaking and her skin paler then it usually was 

" I don't know habibi you stay there and we will go and check it out."

he walked quietly katana in hand as well as the rest of the team out of nowhere an Assassin came out of nowhere and tried to hit damien in the neck with his sword lucky damien moved in time to stab the assassin in the leg the assassin fell to the floor cutch his leg that was bleeding everywhere before long assassin flooded out of their hiding places going after each member of the team. luckily for Damien he had the exact training they had so he could anticipate moves.

 He was helping Dick fight off his assassin's when he saw a sight of terror his own mentor in the crowd of assassins they make eye contact before his mentor lunged at him  it was hard to keep up with but the room was deafened by the screams off assassins and baning off metal between two swords Damien came out victories he had cut and bruises but compared to his mentor who had a huge gash just below his knee cap.

what they thought was all the assassins they looked around to see how much damage was caused a few broken window and blood all over everything and the tv was broken but other that everything looked fine just as he was about to relax he heard A  blood curdling scream come from his room.

"RAVEN! he yelled as he ran to see what was wrong when he got there he was horrified to see Raven with a Sword through her stomach she was hyperventilating her blood was seeping through his sheets he did the one thing he thought might work he rushed over picked her up bridal style and ran into the common room there was a trail of blood flowing them like a red snake before going to the garage the team saw raven and starting Panicking as he was through the common room he yelled at dick

"get the door open to the motor bike garage and hurry!"

Dick nodded as he ran to open it.Damien hopped on his bike and turned it on straight away before speeding off into the early morning he knew of a lazareth pit in the city he was speeding through the streets he glanced down at Raven to see that she was unconscious he speed up even faster every bug that hit his face felt like a bullet but he didn't care.

 When he got to an old abandoned he stopped and got off the bike and ran into the building he went down flights of stairs until he got to the last level there it was a lazareth pit shining and glowing while bubbling the smell burned his noise but in all its glory.

He hated the  next thing he was about to do Raven pulse had slowed right down he was losing her it was now or never he pulled the sword out of her stomach then placed her in she sank he waited a minute but it felt like hours but she came out gasping for air trying to float.

he helped her out as soon as she was out he wrapped his arms around her and she did the same his eyes burned as he started to cry he sat there and make sure she was okay he skin wasn't as pale anymore her eyes and vibrant purple like his which were a vibrant green they both rode back to the tower his cloths were stained with her blood they both had a shower before going to sleep this time Damien had a grip on Raven that not even superman could pull them apart.
