The girls were inside warming up for the game. Albeit a bit noisily. The gargoyals outside covered their ears as Winnie howled. Two vultures on the roof put on ear muffs to block out the noise. Shaggy and the girls were doing jumping jacks.
"Like that's it girls. Scream, 2, 3, 4" Shaggy said before the girls screamed.
"Howl, 2, 3, 4" Shaggy said before Winnie howled.
"Like that's keeping your cape in shape, Sibella" Shaggy said.
"Fangs a lot, Shaggy" Sibella said.
"And I'm keeping my tape in shape" Tanis said jump roping.
"That a girl, Tanis" Skellie said doing some more stretches.
"Like that's it, Skellie, don't bend your knees" Shaggy said.
Phantasma laughed as she flew through the air. Scrappy ran with her.
"Gee, Phanty, exercising sure is fun" Scrappy said unaware he was heading for a wall.
Phantasma flew through the wall and Scrappy crashed. Phantasma poked her head out of the wall.
"Yes. It's really off the wall"
"I'd say more into the wall" Scrappy said dizzily.
"Ok, gang, it's time for some deep breathing exercises" Shaggy said before breathing deeply.
"You mean deep shrieking exercises, Shaggy. Show him girls" Miss Grimwood said.
"In. Out. In. Out"
Skellie started breathing deep before letting out a shriek.
"Sounds fangtastic, girl. You've got the fright stuff" Sibella said before taking a deep breath and shrieking in bat form.
Scooby shrieked as Sibella flew past him and tripped over Matches. Matches growled and turned red. Scooby yelped in fear as Matches chased him.
"Like in, out. In, out" Shaggy said doing breathing exercises with Miss Grimwood.
"RIKES!" Scooby exclaimed running past them.
Matches chased him and blew fire at him. Scooby shrieked as he jumped to avoid the repeated fire.
"Like way to go, Scoob! Now that's deep breathing" Shaggy said.
"RIKES!" Scooby exclaimed.
"And deep shrieking" Shaggy said.
"Come on girls. Let's hear it" Miss Grimwood said.
The girls took a deep breath before shrieking.
Outside, the vultures winced.
"I hate all this screaming"
"Me too. I'm flappin' out" The vultures said before flying away.
Meanwhile the Cadets were warming up when they heard the shrieking.
"Get a load of that racket coming from the Grimwood's place" Tug said.
"Phew. And I though Calloway was tough. That school sounds like torture" Jamal said.
Grunt and Simon were doing push-ups with heavy bags on their backs.
"Well, you know what they say. No pain, no gain" Grunt said.
"More weight Baxter" Simon said.
Baxter put another bag on the boys backs.
"Besides, I wouldn't worry. They're just doing their deep shrieking exercises" Simon said.
