Taking a trip to Hollywood for Universal Horror Night was not on my bucket list. I loved horror movies, don't get me wrong, but I wasn't quite prepared to travel over here to get the real deal in front of my face.

I had my friends to accompany me; Olivia, Tate, Iris, and Madison. I linked arms with Tate, walking through the security check successfully as she pulled out our tickets from the envelope Liv had to keep them safe.

"Ready for a night of horror?" Iris asked, making me chuckle when Liv immediately shook her head 'no'.

"I don't know how I let you drag me into this." I wrapped my arm around Liv's shoulders, rubbing her arm to bring her some comfort.

"Relax, Livie. It's not night time yet, the scare actors won't be out yet and until then, we can go through the mansions. And if you survive, I'll buy you whatever you want. Deal?"

Liv stared at me and the hand I held out for her. "Fine." She shook it with a roll of her eyes. "But we better go to Harry Potter land for a butter beer later."

"Sounds good to me." I chuckled and all five of us made our way through the ticket check. We walked through the original path of Universal until we found our way to the horror sections. It was honestly unbelievable and cool looking.

"Oh! They have a ghostbusters mansion! Let's go!" Iris pulled on Tate's hand, running in the direction of it which resulted in a chain reaction of all of us being pulled along and running to catch up.

When was around 8-9 pm, night fell and re darkened sky casted above us. Stars appeared in the clear air as we made our way down the millions of stairs to explore the rest of the mansions. It was now the time for scare actors to come out.

Iris jumped and screamed when she saw giant crowd walking on stilts, one of them making eye contact with us. Madison jumped in front of Liv since Liv looked like she was going to crouch down to the ground and hide away into a ball.

We made our way through the main part of the park, getting scare actors in our faces. One of them, dressed with a bloody hockey mask over their face approached me. Their head tilted and I followed their movements with a smile.

I could see their piercing, beautiful blue eyes from behind the mask. I felt myself getting lost in them the more we stared at each other. "Hi." I muttered with a small wave. I knew they wouldn't talk back but they did waved back, stepping closer to me.

"Y/N! Let's go!" Liv screamed, trying to run away from a scare actor with a chainsaw. I looked back at her and chuckled, looking forward again to say goodbye but the actor was gone.

"I'm pretty sure I fell in love with a scare actor." I sighed as I ate a slice of my pizza.

"Me too." Liv mumbled. "He scared the shit out of me but did a little now when he left so now I'm head over heels."

"I think y'all are delusional." Tate stated which made us burst into laughter. "On another note, I'm so tired. My feet hurt and I'm ready for bed."
