FENRYS

RAIN FELL on Adarlanian soil for five days. The people were beginning to wonder why rain plagued their days when it was supposed to be summer.

But the Wolf knew why. The weather mirrored the dark and gloomy aura of the owner of the room he was standing outside of. With a deep breath, he knocked and entered when he heard her faint voice letting him in.

“Sure you did,” Fenrys drags a lone chair to sit next to her, “With all that staring you're doing.”

“Why didn't you leave with your Queen, Fen? She will want you with her, I’m sure.”

The Wolf let out a sigh, “You are correct, but she knows my Carranam needs me so she let me stay. After I asked her, of course.”

Soren scoffs but says nothing. That was a start. It wasn't the reaction he wanted, but a reaction nonetheless.

“Look Soren, I know it's not easy but—”
