suyodhana stood at the entrence of karn's chambers, observing the seen in front of him. there was arjun, holding a bow in his hand, flanking karn's left side and bhim holding a mace, flanking karn's left side.

Yudhishtir stood behind him, nakul and Sahadev sitting at his feat.

Karn stood extreamly confused.

What went wrong with his brothers all of a sudden? He didn't know. So, he decided to do the best thing , to ask.

"what happened?".

Karn asked, smiling jently at his siblings who all had serious expressions on their faces.

"we wont let you leave now, jyesht.".

Yudhishtir spoke, his voice grave and solemn.

"leave to where, yudhishtira?".

Karn was even more confused. He would not leave until the ramapuja was done, why were his siblings asking him not leave now, in such seriousness?

"suyodhana".

Karn called, noticing the latter standing at his doorstep hesitantly.

"may I come in, jyesht?".

He asked as karn shook his head in negative.

"no.". he said seriously, any expression on his face was now gone.

Suyo was heartbroken.

"why?".

He whispered as karn bit his lip to control the bubbling laughter.

"from when on did the son of dhritarashtr begin to ask permission from his friend brother?".

Karn asked solemnly as suyodhana slapped his forehead, still not entering the room.

"come in, bhrata duryodhana".

Arjun said, smiling, as duryodhana smiled, entering the room.

The five pandavas stepped to various sides as suyodhana hugged his friend-brother now.

"don't leave, jyesht, please. Wait for the ramapuja to be complete,".

Suyodhana said as karn pulled back, his face morfted into confusion.

"where am I to leave?".

"to angadesh".

"what for?".

"they said your citizens miss you, so you'll leave today".

"who said?".

The dasi said that you've had sent her".

Each brother answered karn's each question.

About the dasi, arjun had said and karn was confused.

"who dasi? I have no servants assigned to me, not yet".

Karn said, rubbing his chin.

Karn said shrugging as arjun nodded, along with the other five.

A nock at the door, and karn saw his mother, kunti standing there with a sad expression.

"don't leave, putr.".

"mata,". Karn said, running to her and touching her feat.

"I am not leaving. Somebody's spreading the roomer. I had sent an official letter to the prime minister about the upcoming ramapuja and had invited the entire of anga to join as there is only a few population living in there. I am sure my citizens would come, mata. Somebody is spreading some roomer about my leaving".
