"This is hard" Jaden sighed

" I know"

"How do you do this dude? How are you so calm all the time?"

Oren sighed and relaxed into his seat.  "I'm not. It's just the Holy Spirit."

"Whoa whoa, there's another guy?"

"Father, Son and Holy Spirit. They're three in one, same power and potency"

Jaden's brows furrowed as he thought about that.  "I've only ever heard about Jesus"

"I also knew just Jesus, but you know having Him in your life comes with His Spirit, you know like the confirmation of your salvation. The Holy Spirit helps you in your weaknesses cause we all have them. He gives you self control and teaches you more about Jesus"

"Oh..."

"Exactly"

"So how do I know I have the Holy Spirit?"

"Your heart changes, your deeds change, you don't seek to please yourself rather God. You feel so much at peace always, it's a lot really"

"This is something we should talk about more and I've had to work overtime these days since Johnny, you know that"

"It's okay, we've got time" Oren chuckled before turning the radio on.

It's how you can never change someone but the most you can do is pray for them. Jaden had a lot to work on but he was willing to change. He was desperate to and that made things a lot easier.

It was something that pleased Oren, something he felt at peace about. His compassion couldn't let him ignore his friend the way he was.

Asher loosened her first two buttons, her eyes tearing as regret washed over her.

Just then Everest walked in, he cussed "Wednesday, are you okay?" He was by her side in a second.

"..I need..." She wheezed

" I got you water—do you have asthma?!"

She snagged the cup out of his hold resulting to it tipping over the edges.

She downed it and coughed out some...  " My inhaler's dead!" She cried

A row of cusses flew out of an exasperated Everest. He raked his hair and lowered his height to meet her eyes, his flashing with fear  " God, Wednesday, I-I don't know how to help"

Asher stared helplessly, wanting to say something but couldn't. She felt the life leave her.

Everest jumped up to his feet  " I don't have an inhaler—damn, I should call 911" he said more to himself as he reached for his cell phone.

There were knocks on the door and Everest turned to it in question but didn't answer it.

"911..." He started to say when the door opened and in came two guys.

"What happened to her?!"

Asher turned slightly and Oren was holding her hand, she was too weak to react.

"She's having an asthma attack, yeah" Everest said lowering his phone. His eyes were wide as he watched the interaction

"Crap" the other guy she didn't know hissed

"Jaden! Do you got an inhaler on you??" Oren asked

"No, I left it"

"There's one in the car!"
