The witches and wizards are on one side of the hall while the hunters and angels are on the other side trying to help calm Sam down. James, Harry, Sirius, Remus and Lily wanted to talk to Rose but the men saw that she was busy with Sam so they thought against it, while James had to hold Lily to stop her from walking over to them and taking Rose away.

Sam's eyes were haunted as he remembered watching the flames dance in the night, memories of past horrors flooding back. His hands trembled, and he clenched them into fists, trying to steady himself. Rose noticed his distress and gently placed a hand on his arm, her touch a soothing balm. "Sam, it's okay," she whispered, her voice soft and reassuring. "We're here. You're not alone."

Dean, Castiel, and Bobby stood nearby, their faces etched with concern. Dean's jaw tightened as he watched his brother struggle. "Sammy, talk to me," he urged, his voice rough with worry.

Castiel stepped closer, his angelic presence a calm amidst the chaos. "Sam, breathe," he said, his tone gentle but firm. "Focus on the present. We're with you."

Bobby, ever the father figure, placed a hand on Sam's shoulder. "Kid, you gotta pull through this," he said gruffly. "We need you."

Despite their efforts, Sam's mind was trapped in the past, reliving the horrors he'd faced. Rose tightened her grip on his arm, her eyes filled with empathy. "Sam, look at me," she said, her voice cutting through the fog of his memories. "We're going to get through this. Together."

Slowly, Sam's breathing steadied, and he nodded, drawing strength from those around him. The memories still haunting, but with his family by his side he could face whatever memories haunted his past, future and present.

Sam took a deep breath, feeling the warmth of Rose's hand grounding him. He looked around at the faces of his family, each one a beacon of support and love. The fire in his mind began to dim, replaced by the steady presence of those who cared for him.

Dean stepped closer, his eyes never leaving Sam's. "We've faced worse, and we've come out stronger every time," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "We'll get through this too."

Castiel nodded, his serene expression unwavering. "You are not defined by your past, Sam. You have the power to shape your future."

Bobby gave Sam's shoulder a reassuring squeeze. "And you've got us to help you every step of the way."

Sam felt a surge of gratitude. He wasn't alone in this battle. With a final, steadying breath, he straightened up, meeting each of their gazes with newfound determination. "Thank you," he said, his voice stronger. "I'm ready to move forward."

Rose smiled, her eyes shining with pride. "That's the Sam we know and love."

Rose smiled, her eyes shining with pride. "That's the Sam we know and love."

As they began to sit down around the table, the sound of footsteps echoed down the hall. Sam and his family turned to see a group approaching. Leading them was a woman with fiery red hair and a determined expression—Lily. Behind her, James, Harry, Sirius, and Remus followed, their demeanour calm but curious.

Lily's eyes were fixed on Rose, a mix of longing and determination in her gaze. "Rose," she called out, her voice carrying a hint of urgency.

Rose's grip on Sam's arm tightened for a moment before she turned to face her biological family. "Hello," she acknowledged, her voice steady but guarded.

James stepped forward, his eyes softening as he looked at Rose. "We just want to talk," he said gently. "To get to know you and your family better."

Harry nodded, his expression earnest. "We've missed so much time. We want to make up for it, if you'll let us."

Sirius and Remus stood slightly back, their presence calm and supportive. Sirius gave Rose a small, encouraging smile. "We're not here to cause trouble. We just want to be a part of your life."

Rose glanced at Sam, Dean, Castiel, and Bobby, drawing strength from their supportive presence. She took a deep breath and nodded. "Okay," she said, her voice firm. "We can talk."

Lily's tense expression softened, and she took a tentative step closer. "Thank you," she said, her voice filled with emotion.

As the two families stood together in the hall, there was a sense of tentative hope on the Potters side. It wouldn't be easy, but with open hearts and a willingness to understand each other, they could build new bridges and heal old wounds.

As they settled down on the table, the tension in the air began to ease. Rose's biological family and her adoptive family sat facing each other, a mix of curiosity and apprehension on their faces.

Lily was the first to speak, her voice soft but filled with emotion. "Rose, we've missed you so much. We never stopped thinking about you or looking for you."

Rose nodded, her expression a mix of understanding and lingering hurt. "I know. It's just... a lot to process."

James leaned forward, his eyes earnest. "We understand. We just want to know you, and to understand the life you've built."

Dean, ever protective, spoke up. "Rose has been through a lot. We've all been through a lot. But she's strong, and she's got a family that loves her."

Harry smiled gently at Rose. "We're not here to disrupt your life. We just want to be a part of it, if you'll have us."

Castiel, sensing the need for calm, added, "Family is not just about blood. It's about the bonds we choose to create and nurture."

Sirius nodded in agreement. "We're here to build those bonds, if you're willing."

Rose looked at each of them, her heart torn between the past and the present. "I want to get to know you too," she said finally. "But it's going to take time."

Remus, always the voice of reason, smiled warmly. "We have all the time in the world, Rose. We're here whenever you're ready."

Bobby, ever the father figure, gave Rose a reassuring nod. "You've got a big heart, kid. There's room for all of us."

The conversation continued, talking about magic and the school, Rose and her family not really opening up just yet, knowing that at one point or another her bio family is going to see it anyway.
