chapter 32

i woke up in a room, i immediately saw pond sleeping beside my bed.

"where's my baby?" that's the first thing I said, pond woke up.

"its in a incubator, he will be here later." pond said, I nodded.

after a while, the nurse brought my baby to my room, and I immediately held it into my hands.

when I saw him, my heart stopped, I feel like my world has stopped. seeing my son for the first time is the bestest thing that ever happens to me. he's my world.

first thing I did was cry, he's so precious. he may not look like me, but I know that he's my baby.

"why did you need to look like pond?!" I said, everyone in the room including the nurses laughed.

"that's my son, that's why." pond said, I rolled my eyes and focused on my son.

"why is he crying?" I said, the doctor told me it needs to eat.

"bring me foods, I will feed him." all of the doctors and nurses laughed so hard, I looked at them confused.

"you need to feed him by feeding it through your breasts." I looked at my breast, it's not that big, but there's a little bulk and it's been wet since I got in the hospital.

I feed him, he actually liked it. even though he bites my nipples, like his dad. after a couple of minutes, the doctor told us that we can go home tomorrow. we thanked the doctor, pond started paying for the spenses.

I slept for a whole day, since I'm still recovering, I told pond to take care of the baby for today, so by tomorrow my wounds will be okay.

today is the day we will leave the hospital, we put the baby in a baby sit car in our car. we got home.

day 1 of being a mom, I'm still not ready. but this is now or never. first thing the baby did was to poop his diaper. then he slept for almost one day.

day 2 of being a mom, all I did was to feed the baby, pond did most of the work, he will give the baby to me when the baby's hungry.

day 3 of being a mom, I was now the one taking care of the baby, since pond has to take care of his company, it's my responsibility to take care of the baby now with the help of the nanny's since I am a first timer mommy. night came, I was so exhausted, pond came home and told me to sleep and he will take care of the baby.

day 4 of being a mom, it is not fun being a mom, they were right. my brother came to visit me, seeing me exhausted, he told me to relax cause he will take care of the baby for today, I thanked him and got to take some sleep I lost.

day 5 of being a mom, I was already surrendering, but thanks to pond's mom, he took care of the baby for 2 days, since I need to recover, and I need to treat my wounds.

day 8 of being a mom, pond decided to take a day off, and volunteered to take care of the baby, so I can rest. I thanked him, and sleep for the rest of the day.

i never thought that being a mom is that hard, I thought it's like taking care of a baby doll. wow

it's almost a month now, I am singing lullaby to my baby, btw, his name is nara kyuen lertratkosum. yeah, nara is from pond's second name, naravit. and kyuen is from my second name which is tangsakyuen.

"sleep na baby, mama is so tired." I said, but my naughty nara is still not sleeping, I sat at the couch and made him drink milk so he can fell asleep.

but in the end, I am the one who fell asleep, good thing the nanny's are there to take nara away from me, they took care of nara while I am asleep.

I woke up, and exactly pond came inside the house. he looked so exhausted, I told him that I can take care of the baby and he can rest. he nodded and went to his room.

"where's pond, gloria?!" a woman came inside the house, I mean she's an old woman, wearing gold necklaces and rings, she looked shocked seeing me carrying my baby.

"who are you?" the woman said looking at me, I stood there like a statue. she pointed at me and repeated what she said. due to my pregnancy hormones, I was shedding tears as the woman was still shouting at me, I looked at my baby who's sleeping peacefully.

pond rush down stairs as he heard the shouting, my eyes were red now, my face is full of tears, if I don't have this pregnancy hormones, I would have shout at this woman. pond went at that woman, he held it's shoulder, the woman looked at pond and slapped him.

"mae! what do you want?!" pond shouted at the woman.

"tell your maids to take their babies home and take care of that there, they are dirty!" the woman said, should I say pond's mom. and I have learned that pond's mom was different compared to joong and gemini, they were real brothers, and pond is his father's illegitimate son.

but joong's mom were kind and gracious, compared to pond's mom. so bad and looks like a devil.

"stop shouting at my husband mae! that's my son! get out of my house, you do not belong here, go back to your family!" pond said, the woman left the house, I am still crying.

pond walked towards me and started rubbing my head.

"I'm sorry phuwin, this will never happen again, I'm sorry." he said whispering, after a while I calmed down, I put the baby in it's room, I was about to eneter my room when pond called me.

"let's sleep in my room, don't worry I will not do anything." pond said that made me shocked, but I nodded since I'm so tired.

I slept once my face hit the pillow, pond went to clean himself, and he slept at the other side.
