I had too much fun making this ^^

So uhh, Joker Nikolai x harley quinn reader :3 (pls don't hate this it isn't my best work 😭)

The night was alive with chaos, a symphony of destruction, and the two of you were at the heart of it. The city lay in shambles—fires licking the sky, sirens wailing in the distance. And there you stood, grinning wide like a maniac, a sledgehammer slung over your shoulder, smeared makeup giving your face that deliciously deranged look you loved.

Beside you, Nikolai, with his eyes gleaming like a man who'd just watched the world burn (and might have caused it). His unsettling calm made the air around him electric, a sharp contrast to your explosive energy.

“Oh, *what a night!*” You twirled, spinning on your heel in the debris-covered street, eyes wide with childlike wonder. “Was that not just *perfect*? I mean, the look on their faces when that building went *boom!*” You clapped your hands together, giggling uncontrollably.

Nikolai tilted his head, eyes narrowing as he watched you like a predator sizing up his prey, except this was his idea of love. His smile was slow, crooked, unnerving. "Perfect? Oh, darling, it was art. An exquisite display of... freedom.” His voice dripped with a certain madness, an edge that made your skin prickle.

You smirked, tossing the sledgehammer to the side with a loud crash. “Art, freedom, chaos—call it whatever you want, babe, but it felt *good*.” You hopped onto a broken piece of concrete, arms spread wide as you balanced, the world beneath you a playground of wreckage. “You see, you like to play these little mind games, get inside their heads, twist them up until they don’t know what’s real, what’s a joke. Me? I like the mess! The *bam*, the *crash*—all that fun stuff!” You giggled again, biting your lip as you swayed on your toes.

Nikolai stepped forward, his movements languid, controlled, like a panther ready to pounce. “Ah, but that’s what makes us so *perfect*, no?” He leaned closer, his breath warm against your ear, voice a soft, dark whisper. “You bring the chaos, the unpredictable mayhem. I… orchestrate the symphony of their downfall. It’s a delicate dance, my love.”

You grinned wickedly, eyes alight with mischief. “You always did have a flair for the dramatic, huh?”

He laughed, a sound that sent chills down your spine. “And you love it.”

“*Love* it?” You spun around, grabbing the front of his coat and yanking him toward you. “I’m obsessed with it.” Your lips crashed against his in a wild, frenzied kiss, the taste of danger and adrenaline mixing between you.

When you finally pulled back, both of you breathless, Nikolai’s eyes were darker, his grin even more menacing. “You know what I love about you?” His voice dropped to a low murmur, hands brushing over your shoulders, down your arms, before he gripped your wrists, holding them tight enough to make you gasp. “You don’t just break the rules. You rewrite them, burn the book, and laugh while the ashes fall.”

You leaned in closer, your breath mingling with his, a manic sparkle in your eyes. “*Exactly!* Why follow the script when we can write our own ending?!” You pulled free, dancing away from him, spinning in the middle of the ruined street. “What’s next, huh? The mayor’s office? Or maybe the whole city block? Ooooh, I know—how about we blow up the city’s power grid?!”

Nikolai’s chuckle was low and dangerous. “And plunge them into darkness? Oh, *darling,* you really do think big, don’t you?”

You stopped mid-spin, pointing at him with a gleeful, wide-eyed expression. “*Think big?* I don’t think, babe—I *feel!*” You pressed a hand to your chest, eyes glimmering with an untamed fire. “And right now, I feel like this city needs a *wake-up call.* Let’s make it scream!”

Nikolai’s eyes gleamed with something close to admiration, or maybe it was just a reflection of your shared madness. “Then let’s make them scream, my chaotic queen.”

The two of you locked eyes, your chaotic energy buzzing in the air, his psychotic calm settling around you both like a blanket of doom. You were the storm, he was the executioner—and together? Together, you were unstoppable.

With one last shared grin, you turned toward the city, ready to paint the town red. The night was still young, and there was so much more chaos to unleash. After all, why settle for anything less than pure, unbridled destruction?

And hand-in-hand, laughing like lunatics, you walked into the flames.
