Monkeys

After the boat ride, the family decided to take a stroll in the bamboo grove. It was a very lovely day, and there was so much to see and do!

"Do you think we'll see any pandas?" Yugo asked excitedly. Yusho chuckled. "No, pandas don't live here in this grove, but monkeys do. And we might see some of those with Yuya around! You know how much animals love him!"

Animals really did seem to love Yuya a lot. He was always finding strays back home in Maiami City and bringing them home. But it wasn't just cats and dogs that liked him. Snakes, birds, rodents, even big wild animals would approach him in interest. Even giant hornets seemed more curious about him than aggressive. They would land on his hand while he was eating and just watch him for a bit before flying away, never once trying to sting him.

"I still don't know how you manage to make even animals adore you so much," Yuri said, shaking his head at Yuya. "I mean, yeah, you're very adorable, but it's still quite impressive that even the most aggressive animals in the world seem to become docile whenever you're around."

Yuya was about to respond when suddenly Yuto gasped. "Monkeys! Look, monkeys! Yuya, stay where you are! Maybe they'll climb you!"

Sure enough, a young monkey approached Yuya and circled him a bit, observing the tomato-head. After a moment, it began climbing the boy like a tree. Yuya's family giggled and began taking photos as the young monkey began rifling through his hair.

"Aw, that's so cute!" Yuri cooed. "Smile for the camera, Yuya!~"

Yuya laughed, trying to hold still so he didn't spook the young monkey. Then, another monkey approached him. "Uh-oh! Guys, I'm not a tree!" he giggled.

"The monkeys beg to differ!" Yusho chuckled as the second monkey began climbing his youngest son. Zarc grinned, recording the whole scene on his phone. "Yuya the Animal Magnet! Even wild animals simply adore you!"
